As a home cinema owner (pictures of the place on my profile), - I was just wondering if anybody knew why Spielberg shoots so many of his films in 1.85:1 and not Cinemascope? - A friend of mine says that it's more 'suitable' for television once the time comes. The blockbusters that he makes are all so perfect, don't get me wrong. I was just wondering how better they would have been in if they were shot in scope??
