Bay is one of my favorite directors... i have seen interviews with Boll.. he is hilarious in a "didnt mean to be" kind of way!

I will see every movie Bay makes... i THINK i saw the zombie movie Boll did... never saw anything else, never plan on it (although i MAY have to watch Postal one day)... but since i dont watch his flicks, they dont harm me, so i could care less if he keeps making flicks... i guarantee there is at least 100 people in the world that claim Uwe Boll as their god!

Yeah, I realized that after I posted the video. The full song on the soundtrack's final lyrics goes "Why does Michael Bay get to keep on making movies? I guess pearl harbor sucked, just a little more less than I miss you". Epic failure on my part. :(


Oh, and I do enjoy a lot of Michael Bay movies though. I'm guilty of enjoying brainless action movies to a level that makes most of my family and friends worry about me. :-/

Michael Bay has made some of the most fun movies of the last 10-13 years, but he's also had one or two stinkers. The boy has talent and knows what he's doing, which is a completely different story for Boll.

Bay is the definition of popcorn fun. Quick cuts, lots of explosions, not taking himself too seriously(with most projects), and a fun 120 minutes that keeps you entertained the whole time.

Agreed. Bay's the best blockbuster maker out there next to Spielberg and no one shoots action as good as he, sans James Cameron or John Woo. The guy's filmography speaks for itself. Armaggedon is one of the best disaster films ever made, Bad Boys and Bad Boys II are bad ass buddy cop action films, two of the best (I'd put them up there with Lethal Weapon), The Rock is without a doubt one of the best action films of all time in general. Transformers and the Island were both fun. The only time he ever really failed for me was Pearl Harbor.
