I’m extremely grateful to Italian Vogue for getting Eva Mendes to pose almost naked, but they still manage to make it all weird and less awesome than it should have been. For starters, they gave her a red afro in some of these. It's like I'm jacking off to the mayor of hamburger town. Gee thanks. Also they have a picture of her with her foot in her mouth. Here's the math on that: hot piece of ass + foot in her mouth = weirdo photographer. She’s a hot naked chick with big tits and dark perfect skin, like a sexy gypsy, casting a spell on my penis. This really shouldn’t have been so hard.

Feet in porno shots just makes the sex appeal of these pictures, minus the one of just her, plummet like a rock.

It also doesn't help that they feel like they were shot in the mid 40s to 50s.

strange, half the pictures look like her bodys been stiched together. Better than Neve Campell at least.

I like Eva Mendez but the style in which these were taken are not really my bag. I would rather her take more normal stylized photos than this, but Is still approve.:)

This jives with me. It looks like it's out of old Spanish or Italian gore flicks. Mendes is smoking, and between this and her part in We Own The Night, she only keeps getting to be one of the cooler hotties in La La Land.

Yeah, dude. I read Men's Vogue. I understand the element of high fashion (believe me, friend o' mine sat me down for close to an entire month watching reruns on BRAVO; finally got that people weren't actually supposed to wear that stuff asually...), but still don't quite understand your post.

Her hair just seems, well like I said, odd. Don't care if it's Brianna Banks or Eva Mendes, the red afro is mildly strange, though I can definitely appreciate the art value behind the photography, but I guess would've liked to have seen something a little different.

Go pick up an Italian (or French) Vogue. The whole basis behind avant garde fashion photography at the current time is to stick hot chicks in weird situations.

To me, the set works. It's that whole Tarantino retro vibe, and it works for her.

There you go. I understand the avant garde reference now. But like yo usaid, it's still inherently weird, regardless of whether it is supposed to be so. Still again, however, Eva pulled it off, though the QT foot thing's not working for me, and I don't dislike feet by any measure.
