Ok, I'm going to stick my neck out here because I fucking love this band.
The Legendary Kyuss
Stoner metal/rock at it's very best, I have not stopped listening to this band for the last decade. Yes Josh has gone on to QOTSA but Kyuss just kicks ass.

LE-GEN-DA-RY. I'm a long time fan. Started listening to them in the late 90s and I can still put in a Kyuss CD and it can still kick my ass like no other band can. 'Blues for the Red Sun' and 'Welcome to Sky Valley' are my favorites and perfect driving music. Especially for a road trip, the latter is fucking brilliant.

Yeah I'm with you guys. This band is amazing. I downloaded a torrent of all their stuff. Listened to one album and didn't like it. Stayed away for a week or so. Decided to listen to something else. Loved every second of it. I highly recommend this band.

Fuck yes, Kysss..
Has any band made a better final album than "..And The Circus Leaves Town"?
Still regularly listen to several tracks from that.."Catamaran", "One Inch Man", "El Rodeo"..
Love "Sky Valley" too..epic and brilliant. Nobody else was like these guys. Wish I could've seen 'em live.

Queens is better. More variety to the songs, and way more interesting song arrangements.

I love Kyuss as well. Welcome To Sky Valley is one of my favorite albums ever. Blues For The Red Sun is nearly as good, and their last album is very underrated. Queens may be more complex, but Kyuss have that replay value that makes me revisit their albums constantly.
