DON'T LOOK IN THE BASEMENT. This one of those campy horror film that would make a good remake. The story line is pretty simple. A dr. that runs a mental sort of bording house is chopped up by one of the patients.(serves him right for doing therapy having a guy chop logs with an ax!). It just so happens another patient thinks she is a nurse. So she assumes the role of the person running the place.Cool! A loonie handing out meds. and shit! A girl shows up for a job she applied for. (She gets the job) and it's all downhill from there. The patients are a riot! you got a crazy nympho, a nutty judge, some kind of retarded vietnam vet and so on. Bad acting but still a classic.
