Finally got to meet the MAN!

Spent today at the Motor City Comicon and finally got to meet Tom Savini! He's a pretty cool guy...got a signed "Planet Terror" poster and this pic. He loved my man's t-shirt...says no whining with a red no symbol around it...kept making people look at it and wanted to know where we got it..lol....anyway....I just had to share!

They're a blast! I got a good pic with Juliet Landau (Drusilla on Buffy/Angel) too.....and a kick ass pic of the book from "Evil Dead".....they had tons of "Evil Dead" stuff there too. Met Margot Kidder...my man was like, "You were the shit in Black Christmas".....actually we talked with her so long I forgot to get a pic with her...she signed a photo from Black Christmas though...

I really want to meet Savini but it seems like he always does the convention in Florida that always falls on the dates of the convention here in Mass. Someday I hope he comes up here.

Just a tip...never wear stripes when you know you're going to be photographed. I look freakin HUGE!

Thats good Savini was cool. I met him like 5 times. Sometimes he was really cool, other times it seemed like he wanted to be anywhere else but there.

Met him a couple of years ago (also added his signature to my Dawn of the Dead UE :D), didn't talk to him much since he looked like he wanted to kill somebody... must have been a long weekend.
