The first 15 seconds or so sound exactly like AC. Not sure what to think of the track yet though.

This new song rules, though. Agree with the AC comparison. The more Sigur Ros becomes like Animal Collective, the better in my book (not that their other stuff isn't good in its own right).

It's a little too upbeat for Sigur Ros.

That, and it sounds too... Earthy.

They don't have to do ethereal cooing and strings forever, but the track is still a bit bangy.

But it's still decent and I'll get used to it.

I like the new record. Their old stuff was always on the verge of boring the living shit out of me, and I like that ambient style of music a lot..

the thing that really pisses me off about them is hoplandic, the laguage the made up, though odly i love magma , who also made up their own too.

I like it so far, but some of the tracks sound nothing like them. The last english some is ALL ALRIGHT, but its probably my least favorite at the moment. Still gotta stick with () as my favorite Sigur Ros album.

AC are an okay band but my god their fanboys are on Radiohead levels of annoying.

I remember when Strawberry Jam had 6 of its 9 tracks leak and people were saying 'this is two thirds the best album of the decade.'

Also I gave a bit of a listen to this and it is a bit average.

To be fair, hardcore Sigur Ros fanboys aren't much better. :p
