Universal Home Video has announced the 2nd season of Heroes for release on the 26th August. Each of the episodes will be presented in 1.78:1 anamorphic widescreen, along with English Dolby Digital tracks. Extras will include commentaries with Cast & Crew, deleted scenes, NBC.com featurettes, a Generations Alternate Ending, Untold Stories, 4 featurettes (Heroes Season 2 "A New Beginning", Takezo Kensei: Sword Saint, Inside The Alternate Ending of Generations, Genetics of a Scene), Tim Sale Gallery of Screen Art, a Season 3 Sneak Peek, preview trailers, and more. A Blu-ray release will also be available for $69.98 with all the above, plus picture-in-picture commentaries and bios.

Well some people thought this season was kind of stail, but I actually enjoyed it. So I will be picking this up.

Yea, it was kind of stale, but that was more a fault of the strike, than anything else. But that price point is WAY too fucking high. There were only 11 episodes. :mad:

Hopefully places have it on sale for 30-40 bucks like season 1 was....no way am I paying more than that for a half season.

Remember this is the SRP which is always much higher than what they end up selling for. Its 69.98 for the bluray release and 39.99 SRP for the regular release. I am thinking it will be around $24.99-29.99 which isn't too bad.

I thought it was a decent season and I'll definetly be picking it up... there's hundreds of websites/stores that sell it for a much cheaper price than that list price.
