McCain's age doesn't bother me. In fact, I'd be more comfortable with an older president. Obama's at the age where he's busy raising kids, whereas John McCain needs time to find something to do in between phone calls from his grandkids and Bingo night. I still don't plan on voting for him, but I wouldn't have a problem voting for a 72-year-old who wasn't on the verge of senility and/or death and shared my views.

I'm sorry, but age is an issue. It's possible Reagan had early stages of alzheimer's while he was in office. And McCain has shown more than once that he gets confused on the issues and doesn't know where he even stands on them.

That's because he's constantly flip-flopping between towing the party line and his own opinion.Consistency will be lost.

Eh, age is an issue on both sides, but the knock on Obama will be solved with time (most literally), while McCain's doubters will become much more resounding over that period.

However, I've always been under the impression that the president has an enormous cabinet, a VP and a board of advisors.
