I apologize because there's been a excessive amount of threads asking for film names in advance.

On to my question, I was recently cleaning out the basement in my house and I came across a VHS that my dad had recorded many movie scenes on like Carrie, the Crow, Goodfellas, The Omen, Taxi Driver, and some other.

So on one of the clips, there's a scene where this guys in this bar playing pool and these 2 guys (look like brothers maybe twins) go over to the guy. He says "You gotta be kidding" and they say something along the lines of "We're not" or "Not Today" and they get in a fight in the bar. It cuts to another scene where one of the guys is pushing the sword in an alley against this guys mouth.

I am not sure what film this is and I wanted to find out.

Any help would be great.

Cheers!

Was it a British movie? It sounds like it could be "The Krays". It was the real story of twin brothers who were in the British mob. I think one did use a sword.
