This was a GREAT read, and the pictures are truly something. (Love the zebra carpet!) What a waste.

I agree with the author of the article, it is quite stupid getting the house seized over being informed but not giving a shit where the money came from.

Looks alot nicer than his other mansion he use to slap his wife around with countless holes everywhere.

That was a mind fuck, reading through that. I'd read "10,000 foot swimming pool" and immediately be like "You gotta be kiddi... well, I guess he's an athlete, so that... ok."

Then I would get to "sundae bar." and the whole thing would fall apart.

Man, Mike Tyson was pretty cool. I mean that sincerely. As a kid, I used to think he was the greatest athlete of all time. He had some pretty big issues, though, and made himself out to be something of what you'd not want to respect. Sometimes he shows he has a sense of humor about himself, like his cameo roll across Downey in Black and White.

At least you where a kid when you though that, Lots of people still think he was the greatest athlete. He's not even one of the 50 greatest boxers of all time let alone the greatest athlete.

Hard to respect someone who had all the money in the world and pissed it away...:D

Tyson is a coulda been. He needed to learn some style instead of just relying on giving people concussions. Tyson was really young and had a long way to go, but could have been a great. Instead his biggest claim is being a video game character.

The way he conducted his life and his outcome make me happy.

I have no compassion for thugs, rappers etc..who are stupid, make a fortune thru music, sports etc and then lose it all. When it happens, the world balances out for me.

He was a very dominant fighter for a short time in a rather weak era of HWs, and is arguably the most physically gifted HW to have ever lived. No more, no less. His prime was indeed cut short, but not because of Don King or the death or changing of his trainers of any of that other nonsense. Tyson had his chance but missed it to fighters that where actually in the ring while he was sitting in a cell

My honest opinion he's an embarrassment to the sport.

Seems like a lot of house for 1.3 million. I guess it was 9 years ago before the housing boom but damn. 1.3 doesn't get you much around where I live.
