I left, and now for some reason I have been compelled to come back, starting this thread or that for various questions I had. Since I figure I've been here for the last week and I may be gone for a long while longer, I feel like I should go one further.
Make top ten lists for:
Best Films
Best Directors
Best Performances
Best Cinematography
Best Screenplays
Now let's start making lists from 0-10 for which one of our favorites overlap in ALL categories. If you have three that overlap, figure them out and rank them. And so on and so forth. I think it's not only the best method to figure out real best lists, but also, if anyone ever wants to do a JoBlo Forums Top 100.
Stay reasonable! It's your opinion, but, Dark Knight ain't not goin' win all them categories.

Only difference is that I was referring to what films you have that rank in all categories as the overlaps.

Oh. Well, that's obviously not the case with me.

No Country for Old Men
Star Wars Episode V

Schindlers' List
Saving Private Ryan

Overlaps
None, but two were close. Lawrence of Arabia would have needed a screenplay pick and Apocalypse Now would have needed a performance pick.
