Scooby Doo a failure?

Are The Critics up to date?! Scooby Doo blew away the people of America with great surprise. Every person I've talked to loved it, especially Matthew Lillard's role of Shaggy. If you have looked, the Critics completely tore up the movie giving it a report card level of a complete failure. Of course, this really doesn't surprise me. Critics are no longer worth even listening to any more. It really disappoints me that we even pay for there opinions.
