When I clicked on this thread I already knew exactly what I was gonna type: "Geiger's Alien is the best creature design of all time."

Then I saw that picture of the Pale Man, and I was like, "oh...damn."

So it's a tie.

For that matter, Pan himself was an absolutely amazing design, though I dunno if one would consider him a villain. It's been a while now since I've seen the film and feel like I remember it being kind of ambiguous, as he at least seemed not entirely benevolent. But I could easily be wrong, so anyone feel free to correct me if I am.

Hell yeah the ABC robot, probably my fave thing bout the movie! Looks exactly how he does in the comic ABC Warriors where he was called Hammerstein (his other hand was a giant mallet.
