The shower peephole scene from Porky's followed immediately by the scene in the principal's office ("Have you seen this prick?")...

All Time:

The driving-along scene in Up In Smoke early on right up until they get busted ("Ya keep a-knockin but ya can't come in!")...

Last 20 minutes of Blazing Saddles...

Under the table hand job from "Wedding Crashers"

When Woody Harrelson throws the screaming hot cup of coffee in his partners face when the land lady catches him paying the guy off for "mugging" her. "Kingpin".

The scene from "A River Runs Through It", when Paul and Norman find Jessies brother and the slutty girl, naked and sunburnt in the bushes together.

The dinner scene from Scary Movie 2. "I don't know what the hell that is, but I lick it any way." Lol.

Will Ferrell at the end of Zoolander... where he's screaming like the wicked witch of the west when she starts to melt.

When Harry(Robert Downey Jr.) sees the dead body in his shower, then accidentally pees on it in Kiss Kiss Bang Bang.

In Accepted, that Afro-headed spazzy kid suggests that they have a "Battle Royale". OR When the skeleton falls from the ceiling and Jonah Hill screams like a little girl.

PS-Accepted is such an under-rated movie.

I have quite a random sense of humour - I like The Might Boosh and Kids in the Hall, etc - so I worry that some of mine may not be as obviously funny as some of the great scenes posted here.

However, for reasons even I'm not sure of:

The Truman Show - When Truman asks for a ticket off the island and the guy asks whether he wants a single or a return. Truman can't quite process the question...and gasps, 'Return!' as though it were the dumbest thing he ever heard.

O'Brother, Where Are Thou? - I've mentioned this before, but the scene where George Clooney says, 'Damn, we're in a tight spot!' three times. Then, moments later, we HEAR him off-camera saying, Damn, we're in a tight spot!'.

Annie Hall - Has to be the scene where Alvy is eating dinner with the family, the camera cuts away from him, then back...and he is dressed as a Hassidic Jew for the briefest of moments.

Anchorman: The Legend of Ron Jeremy - "Brick killed a man!"..."Yeah, I saw that..." that whole scene made me crack up at the cinema.

Clerks - "I hope you enjoyed your ruse, ma'am". Priceless.

Man on the Moon - When Andy Kaufman starts to heckle the wrestling crowd. "This is toilet paper!". I love the way he incites them.

Grosse Point Blank - It's all about the delivery, but the moment Martin Blank rescues the young store clerk from certain death when the bomb explodes. He asks the clerk if he's okay. The clerk ungratefully responds, 'No, I'm not all right! I'm hurt, I'm pissed, I gotta find a new job!'

Harold and Maude - The scene where Harold's mother is talking to Harold's date and we see Harold in the background calmly covering himself in petrol and then (apparently) burning himself to death while his date watches in horror.

Jaws - Quint crushes a beer can effortlessly. Unfazed, Hooper crushes his styrofoam coffee cup.

The Jerk - The scene which includes Navin shouting, 'He really hates these cans!' made me buckle when I was 12.

Man Bites Dog - It is in very bad taste, but I couldn't help but laugh at Remy's constant explanations of how his crew have been killed and how he will continue to make the film, 'because that's what he would have wanted'.

My Cousin Vinny - When Vinny finally snaps under the pressure of the court case and starts to yell at his fiancee, mimicking her biological clock ticking by stamping his feet on the ground like a five year old. The whole scene is the best Pesci has ever been.

Office Space - The 'I'm not going to go to work' scene.

The Life Aquatic with Steve Zissou - Jeff Goldblum is trying to talk, but Cody, a three-legged dog, is pining for attention. Jeff Goldblum, irritated, asks for the name of the dog. When he is told the dog's name is Cody, he strikes it with a piece of rolled up paper....'Be still, Cody' (or something like that). Honourable mention to the 'I'm the only one that got hit?' leeches scene.

In Bruges - Probably the scene where he karate chops the midget, but I haven't laughed so much at a movie since I discovered Monty Python and Withnail and I.

I should also add Pineapple Express, but it's a bit too soon to know if it will stand repeat viewings. That said, the moment when Saul is crying on the swing and trying to eat a burger at the same time literally had me holding my nose to stop laughing loudly at the cinema.

In Bruges - When Ray first finds the midgets and tries to impress the girl by telling her about all the midgets that have committed suicide. The bit at the end when the tower is closed because the fat folk died on the way up.

Kiss Kiss Bang Bang - When Harry kills the guy trying to play russian roullette.

Airplane: "What's your roger, Roger? What's your clearence, Clearance?"

Actually the whole damn movie made me laugh out loud. That is seriously the funniest movie I have ever seen.

Dumb & Dumber:

Second funniest movie ever. Too many scenes for me to mention. But a few:

When Jeff Daniels trades his dead bird for something with the blind kid.

Jim Carey's dream sequence.

Jeff Daniels getting his tongue stuck and they have to pull him off. That one had me squirming and busting out with laughter at the same time.

Them proving why they don't need a radio in their car.

Carrey trading in their van for a bike.

The resturaunte scene where they accidentally give the one bad guy with them the poison.

The list goes on and on.

South Park: Bigger, Longer & Uncut

- Another one of the funniest movies ever. And I especially loved ALL of the songs.
