I had forgotten about this film. Seems like it's taken forever to get a release since it premiered at Sundance, like, two years ago?

I love Adams and Blunt. Two of my favorite actresses.

Another movie I've been anticipating is Downloading Nancy. But it's in some sort of release heck too. :mad:

Sunshine Cleaning is an enjoyable film but nothing that will blow you away. Very Sundance lite.

I had my problems with Downloading nancy too but at least that was far more ambitious and perverse.

When it does come out do you reckon it'll be known as "The quirky Sunshine Cleaning..."?

I had my problems with Downloading nancy too but at least that was far more ambitious and perverse.

So I hear. I had a thread about that movie somewhere. Hmmm...

Looks enjoyable, but not that interesting. I love Amy Adams, and this seems like a good role for her. Arkin looks very Little Miss Sunshine-esque in this, but he'll still probably manage to crack me up. But like I said, it just doesn't totally interesting so I'll probably just rent.

Looks enjoyable. i love Blunt and Adams as well so I'll be seeing it.
