So they have announced a sequel to Wall Street - called Money Never Sleeps, where Gordon Gekko gets out of jail and has to be rebuild his empire in the financial world of 2009.

I LOVED Wall Street - one of my favorite movies ever. It however has been announced that Bud Fox (Charlie Sheen) is not even mentioned in the script. You would think that Gekko and Fox would have another meet up. I mean they put each other in jail. It just seems unlikely that they wouldn't cross paths again.

I mean if Sheen doesn't want to do it and is happy with his sitcom - all the power to him. I just don't get someone sitting down to write a sequel to Wall Street and not include a character so important to Gekko's downfall.

Maybe it's just me.

If it's Michael Douglas I'll see it otherwise this will be straight-to-DVD.

Without Michael Douglas, this movie isn't worth a damn.

Hell, it's practically not worth a damn without Oliver Stone.

Well, the story revolves around Gecko so they are pretty much fucked if Douglas says no.

Hopefully I'm wrong, but it doesn't sound like Oliver Stone is back.

This is really good, i wonder if it will actually use all the shit that's happenning with the world right now, i mean, it better be or else what the fuck isit wall street for! Considering the first one's release just before (if i'm not mistaken) the 80's wall street crash, this ones release will have a good timing aswel. I'm keen.
