Here's the basic story from what I remember:
A young couple in their late teens(may have been boyfriend/girlfriend or brother/sister)are abducted by a group of male's about the same age.
I beleive the setting may have been at a county fair or something like that.
One of the male's has a pitbull that I think attacks one of his own and the owner shoots his own dog.
This is all I remember. The movie wasn't all that great but has been bugging me for a while now.
One more thing, the girl in the movie was brunette and may have been somewhat of a well known actress at that time.
Anyone?

That was The New Kids. Made in 1985 and dir. Sean S. Cunningham. The hottie that played Aunt Becky on Full House was the older sister. James Spader was the main baddie and Eric Stoltz was in it. I watched it on FEARnet not to long ago. Its much more of a suspense movie. Not so much a straight up horror flick.

Where else can you ask a question like that and get an answer in 10 mins. :D

Excellant job Ratlehead!
I just did a search on The New Kids and it seems to be aka Striking Back which I think was the title I saw it under.
Thanks again sir!

The best thing about this is the jogging scene with Tom Atkins and Lori Loughlin hahaah.

That's weird they are showing this on Fearnet, because I wouldn't have pegged it at all in the horror vein.

I watched this on broadcast - it's an attention keeper, but hardly a movie you would recommend.

Definately The New Kids... one of my favorite guilty pleasures. James Spader and John Philbun wore awesome in this movie.

I love how mean James Spader's gang is in this movie. It's like, whoa. They make the Cobra Kai dojo look like Our Gang.
