Deadpan, damn near monotone vocals and arguably nonsensical lyrics. What's not arguable, however, is the unique post-rock sound they bring to the table. Didn't really notice their emergence into the music scene, but I've recently had almost all of their albums on a continuous loop. Can't get enough.
Some standout tracks for those not in the know and looking to youtube...
-Evil (definetely their most streamlined rock single)
-Pioneer to the Falls
-The Scale (I really dig their newest album, it doesn't necessarily have a different sound, but rather a different feel than their others, which is something to admire)
-Obstacle 1
-Roland
I love the steady crescendo towards epic their tracks take. It's like a really deliberate, moody buildup to climax.

I love both Turn on the Bright Lights and Our Love to Admire. Antics is also good, but I don't find as many stand out tracks on that one as I do the others. My favorites from them are:
"Untitled"
"Say Hello to the Angels"
"Obstacle 1"
"NYC"
"Pioneer to the Falls"
"Pace is the Trick"
"Lighthouse"

One of my all time favorite bands. Turn on the Bright Lights is a classic and in my top 5 albums of all time. Antics was just as enjoyable and had some more upbeat tunes(C'Mere, Evil). Our Love to Admire was good. The good songs are fantastic(No I in Threesome, Rest my Chemistry) but the okay songs were nothing special. Though a bad song by interpol is better than most great songs(wtf that makes no sense)
My fav track depends on my mood, but it mostly consists of The New, Public Pervert, Pioneer to the Falls or NYC.
Damn fine band, and I cant wait for their next release.
When Pioneer to the Falls builds up its so fucking beautiful. Great opener.

I havn't really listened to all of Our Love to Admire, but I have heard some songs off of it.
However, their first two albums are stellar... Turn on the Bright Lights more so than Antics, I would say.
Best songs:
Untitled
NYC
Say Hello to the Angels
Leif Erikson
Next Exit
Evil
Slow Hands
Pioneer to the Falls
... and I am sure a couple more off of the new album.

Debut is great.
The stuff that followed, not so much.

I only got into them this summer and have been kicking myself ever since for passing on the opportunity to see them at a festival last year. I heart this band. Stella was a Diver is probably my favorite track.

First two albums were great, but "Our Love To Admire" really feels 'been there done that'.
