Netflix PVM

For those of you that are Netflix members, you may know that they are discontinuing selling Previously Viewed Movies on Nov. 30th. I noticed today that they just dropped the price on just about all of their movies to 5.99.
I've bought from them before and haven't had any problems. Just giving a heads up.

I just bought The Diving Bell and the Butterfly for 5.99.

Even though I didn't use it, that's too bad. It seems like it would have helped keep costs down.

Did they provide a reason? It seems sort of odd to not sell their previously viewed movies since they would have so many of them. Any answers?

This is what it says on that section:

"The last day to buy previously viewed DVDs will be 11/30.
We thought about it and it makes sense for us to focus on our main business -
delivering great movie rentals to you by mail and instantly. We're sorry for the inconvenience."
