Isn't this film also known as Terror in Toyland? I may have seen it. If so, it's awful.

It's not "Terror in Toyland"...that's also "Christmas Evil".

I've seen it but can't tell you a damn thing about it. Gave it 2/5 on Netflix...has to be pretty bland to not even leave a slight memory for me.

Yeah, its awful. I have it on VHS. I forget the deal with it. Something like it had 3 different directors and it took along time to complete. It shows. This movie is all over the place. Plot holes galore. The kills are really goofy too. Caroline Munro is on VHS box. But shes hardly even in it. She sings a pop song. A whole pop song. So 5 mins of the movie is her and her band. They have nothing to do with the story. The ending is really lame.

Terror in Toyland is Christmas Evil. Which is a bad flick. But light years better then Don't Open..

I enjoyed this film, but honestly I have a really high tolerance for stupidity in b-grade 80s horror films. I'd rather watching this goofy rambling mess over Christmas Evil, as things actually HAPPEN in this movie. God damn, Christmas Evil was the dullest film ever.

This movie was a bunch of shit but it's no surprise considering the problems they had with the script and having to hire three different directors to complete. I was watching on and off since I found it hard to pay attention. I've come to terms with the fact that I'll probably never see another good Christmas themed film since I've been spoiled with the original BLACK CHRISTMAS and Silent Night, Deadly Night. I love it. I think it's a very entertaining slasher film. Some of the movie is a bit troubled by the shit that happened during production, but I still think it's a pretty fun movie to watch.

The kills are pretty sweet I think, gotta love the dude getting his dick chopped off in the urinal!!!! The part where the Santa has a gun fired down his throat is pretty awesome as well!

Watched this a few days ago, I wanted to enjoy it but aside from some amusing deaths it was just bad.
