So boring... I think I felt my eyeballs attempted to escape from their sockets.

I highly recommend it if you don't mind more drama than horror with your zombie films . It's about as realistic a zom movie as you will see , that may be a turn off for some people , but for me it was a welcome change of pace .

You're not going to see massive groups of zombies rampaging through a major city , this is more concerned with the various experiences of regular people making their way through the English countryside and trying to survive .

It's slow and methodical , but it got under my skin because there is an unsettling feeling throughout . The makeup was effective , even if it wasn't groundbreaking , it did the job , and they still made you feel like there was a constant threat even without a massive amount zombie extras .

I would say if you want something more action oriented , rent it first .

I really didn't like it. Found it really dull and it dragged bad. That said some people really do seem to dig it so give it a go.
