The clattering Talking Heads like indie of Love is All, combined with 'singer' Josephine Olausson's often bellowed vocals, doesn't make them the most accessible band in the world. Beyond the noise though Olausson's words as smart and sometimes funny and the music itself is like pure energy pressed into vinyl (or CD) form. I fell for them based on the single Ageing Had Never Been His Friend, from debut album Nine Times That Same Song and I'm now deeply impatiently awaiting the UK release of their second album 100 Things That Keep Me Up At Night. Here's some sample tracks.
