Yes, it's the othello story set in modern times with the characters being high school students. Josh Hartnett, Julia Stiles and Mekhi Phifer star. I haven't seen it in a long time but I remember liking it. Pretty good movie.

I thought this one was rather mediocre. I love Othello but I felt the adaptation took the life out of it. The performances were rather dull. Hartnett's Iago is reduced to having a daddy complex with him being Sheen's son. I remember Odin's downfall being very linked to his drug use, which cheapened his transformation. Overall, it's the kind of film I'd only see once.
