Prison Break Star To Pay For His Crimes

The parents of a boy who was killed in a tragic drink driving accident involving Prison Break star Lane Garrison are suing the incarcerated actor for the wrongful death of their son.

Karen Setian and Inaida Nalbandian filed a lawsuit against the actor in November, after his 2006 drunk-driving accident ended in the death of 17-year-old son, Vahagn Setian, reports TMZ.com.

Garrison is currently serving a 40-month jail sentence after pleading guilty to a driving under the influence charge in October 2007.

Court documents accuse the actor of driving three high school students to a Beverly Hills liquor store before crashing into a tree in the fatal accident.

Documents allege Garrison "purchased a bottle of vodka with and for minors, brought the vodka to a party attended by minors... and shared and consumed the vodka with minors at the party."

A 15-year-old teenager allegedly injured in the crash filed a separate suit against Garrison last week seeking compensation for the earnings her parents lost while caring for her.

Setian's parents are seeking unspecified damages in the new suit.

Seems a little light for loss of life.
Oh, wait. He's an entertainer. Can't have him locked away for too long. How ever would we make do without his talents?

ok.. dude got Jail time for the death of the kid, for driving under th einfluence.. i agree 100% with that

BUT, i dont think he should have to pay any money... from the sounds of it, these were 15 year old kids who wanted to be "COOL" and drink alcohol... and now they are suing... negative... maybe try not being fucking idiots at that age... dont get me wrong, the death is tragic, but dude is paying for it with 40 months of jail time... if these young kids werent trying to be the cool kids by getting and consuming the alcohol, no one would have gotten hurt and killed.

I get the whole anguish and wanting to see justice done.

But Sentance has been passed the courts have decided his punishment... I don't get how people can sue after a court has decided this... if a court feels that damages should be awarded to a monetary value then it should be included as part of the punishment!
