What are some of the collaberations that really stretch Hip Hop's appeal, whether with a pop singer, rocker, or R&B singer. I always like the real off the wall collaberations by artists you would not expect in a hip hop song. Here are some of mine.

Eminem (Feat. Dido)- Stan

Jay Z and Linkin Park- Collision Course (Album)

Run DMC and Aerosmith- Walk This Way

Common (Feat. Lily Allen)- Drivin Me Wild

Kanye West (Feat. John Mayer)- Bittersweet Poetry

Bone Thugz-n-Harmony (Feat. Phil Collins)- Home

What are some of your favorites?

Good choice I love that song. Actually there's a few decent collaborations on the Judgement Night soundtrack, Helmet and House of Pain, Pearl Jam and Cypress Hill and Slayer and Ice T.

Yo if u like this type of stuff go to datpiff.com and look up DJ Crazy Chris, he's blended Marvin Gaye and Jay-Z, Nas and Phil Collins, Eminem and Elton John and lots others, seriously if you like hiphop blended with other music I strongly urge you to look DJ CRAZY CHRIS up.
