I've seen 4 of them. I found them all to be pretty much the same. They are all mediocre movies and are basically interchangeable.

But if I had to put them in some kind of order I guess I'd place Highlander: The Final Dimension as the "best" and Highlander: Endgame as the "worst".

But basically all 4 flicks are pretty much the same.

Highlander 1 - 8.5/10
Highlander II: The Quickening - 6/10
Highlander III: The Sorcerer - 5.5/10
Highlander IV: Endgame - 4/10
Highlander V: The Source - 2/10

As you can see from my scores, the more they make the worse they get. Unfortunately, I have them all on dvd. I really only like the original film. And I've never seen the TV series. But I'd like to....I guess ;)

The original is definitely the best, by far.

I enjoyed The Sorcerer for what it was and it's on par with Endgame, they're basically remakes of the first.

The Quickening sucked because it strayed from the original storyline.

I turned off The Source 15 minutes into it.



I heard that there's talk of "restarting" the franchise. I hope it's true because the franchise deserves better that what's there right now.
