Faces Of Death maybe?
Hellraiser fo' sho!
Either segment of Grindhouse.
INSIDE is wicked nasty!
Evil Dead trilogy and Dead-Alive are more of the Slapstick variety, if you're into that type of jazz then you'll have a blast.
Midnight Meat Train wasn't as gory as I expected it to be, but it's still a great time! Truly the best Barker adaptation since Hellraiser.
How about some Dario Argento flicks: Suspiria, Inferno, Tenebre, or his latest (and most hated) Mother Of Tears?
Texas Chainsaw Massacre isn't gory per-se, but very morbid. (Original O' course!)
My Bloody Valentine was just released Uncut, and the remake is pretty gory itself. You may want to check that in 3D!
Feast Trilogy could be just what you're looking for, also of the Slapstick ilk.
Frontier(s) is pretty gruesome, the ending is absolutely fantastic!
Romero's Dead opus are insanely gory (Night of the Living Dead, Dawn of the Dead, Day of the Dead, Land of the Dead, and the not quite so gory Diary of the Dead. The Night and Dawn of the Dead remakes are also pretty swell.)
Some Stephen King may do ya good, but no particulair titles come to mind. The Mist perhaps?
Hostel, and Cabin Fever get red, courtesy of Eli Roth.
So does the SAW franchise.
The Friday The 13, A Nightmare On Elm Street, and Phantasm Franchises are also pretty wet. Although the Halloween series is more about the suspense, I recommend it anyways. (Although I'm sure that you've already seen them.)

Dog Soliders has its bloody moments.
Toxic Avenger uncut is pretty bloody. Poultreygiest has some very messy moments as well. Both are more comedy, though.
I'd go with INSIDE. Since you really like High Tension. They are in the same vein.

You just insulted High Tension big time!
(My opinion, of course.)

I liked High Tension alot more as well. But they have a similar look/feel to each other.

I seriously recommend "Blood Feast 2: All You Can Eat." It's a sequel to a cult-classic from the 1963. "Blood Feast" was directed by Hershal Gordon Lewis, who made quite a few gore-o-rama's back then. Believe it or not, he directed the sequel forty-odd years later. It's a fairly recent film, not dated in the slightest (not that I'm suggesting that with the original).
Let me tell you about it. It is a blast. And it is not meant to be taken seriously in the slightest. It doesn't matter if you haven't seen the original. It has all the gore you can ask for. It has nudity of the female kind (It that's what you're looking for; I don't, I was in it for the gore). It is also completely tounge-and-cheek. It knows what it is. It contains self-aware humor and couldn't be more hilarious. The characters are off the wall as well. The acting...I'm not one for judging acting, but I believe others will tell you that it's atrocious. And it's part of the charm.

Thats what I said. It starts of great then slowly becomes every other horror film ever made. It had alot of potential.
Gutterballs: Balls out edition. Story-None. Acting-Terrible. But it has lot of blood and guts and nudity. I wouldnt say its a good movie. But if you want blood, it has it.

And it's also the most pornographic movie I've ever seen that wasn't an actual porno.
