For some reason I always think of Cobra. It's not even a catch phrase, but I cannot forget or stop laughing at when he yells "Drop it!" before shooting a guy and the guy flies back into a freezer. I always wonder a) why you would say drop it before shooting someone, and b) why didn't the writer, director, anyone... why didn't they think it would have been much better to change the line to "freeze."

So while not the best, for me it's probably the most memorable, just - for all the wrong reasons.
