That seems a little out of the blue. lol! For all we know, it could be a teaser before the movie officially starts filming. (I hate those.)

Fake or not I thought it was pretty well done.

Confirmed fake a while back.

I'd expect more, even from a teaser.

A ok fake though. The look th ehostage gives at the end SELLS it BIGTIME. It gives me chills for some reason.

If its REALLY fake and not pretend-fake to gather reactions from DC, why is it being aired in front of Watchmen?

That's what I'm thinking. I'd like to think it was, as you called it, pretend fake.

That's...weird.

The girl with the tape on her mouth looked an awful lot like Mischa Barton, though...and it would be kind of impossible for it to be fake when it was recorded at a theater.

Its POSSIBLE that this is a locan art theater and whoever made the fake trailer sonehow slipped their reel into the previews, but that seems unlikely.

Really, I think it's essentially a screen test to gather reactions and interest. Theyve done it before and I know David Goyer and Ryan Reynolds are already signed on in prinicple.

Ryan Reynolds??? Hell yes!! I had a copy of Wizard Magazine a few years ago, and the guy who wrote an article in it named some actors and actresses he would like to see in certain hero and villian roles. Ryan Reynolds was the choice for Wally West, and I agreed with him then. I think it was from 2004 or 2005, so not long ago. I also agreed with his choice for Nick Fury (Dennis Quaid), even more so after playing Marvel Ultimate Alliance. Yet, Sam Jackson...nothing is better than him!!

Well, if that's what they wanted, it got my attention, and there were a lot of people cheering and clapping. I think I'm gonna watch it again.:D

I pray to whatever God there is that this movie is legit and gets made. The Flash is my all-time favorite comic book hero!

Even in a small movie theater it would be difficult to get a trailer in to the mix. First, the film is different and it's not the AV Club at school. Also, if it was right before the movie, the movie companies always attach a trailer before the main movie and the employees add the rest. My question is why has no one else commented on a "Flash" trailer?

The only thing that really didn't work here was the reporters voice at beginning-too amateurish-and not sure the scene would be a rather weak one like this -even for a teaser trailer.? IF clip was legit. studio release.

This is just the kind of thign that reminds me of a screen test. IE, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=J61RWkXEKTc

Something they could have quickly put together to gauge interest.

It almost looks like a promo for the old TV series. with weak special effects too.

I also really want to see a Flash movie. Damn, just do it already--they have somewhat of a built-in audience from the old TV show which I loved as a kid. Not to mention some 50+ years of comic storylines.

Wonder why they would make Flash Wally West instead of Barry Allen though? If Ryan Reynolds would actually end up with the part (here's hoping he does--he would be great), I guess he would capture West's humorous side.

I think this clip is a fake--they could easily have filmed this on a projection screen, added people cheering, etc. Dude's voice at the beginning does sound fake as fuck. The SFX aren't great but they're not horrible.

Wish they would fast-track this like GL..

I don't see how this can be a fake when it's premiering at the beginning of a Watchmens film. I didn't think that was Reynolds voice though. I could be wrong.
