Odd Topic title, I grant you. But it's actually a line from "Robocop" that I have always found not only amusing, but a bit odd to say the least. But everytime I hear Johnson tell that to Bob in the film I get a quirky smile on my face. The way he says it is funny. For such a violent and graphic movie, this one line among others helps to break up the action and pace a bit. Johnson discovers the baby food dispenser that is Robocops food supply. He tastes it and likes it. lol
Johnson - "Tastes like baby food."
Morton - "Knock yourself out."

What are some lines in film that you find amusing and/or they help break up the movie with a bit of light-heartedness?

I love that moment as well in the film. A more recent film I remember that is littered with those moments to break the tension and serious tone of the story is Children of Men. For example:
This never fucking happened, so don't go telling tales 'cause we'll be watching you. At work, when you sleep, when you have a piss, we'll be watching. All the fucking time.
Jeez, your breath stinks.
No, it doesn't.
Yes, it does.
I love this moment and always laugh out loud because it's so simple yet perfect. It also reveals a lot about Theo and how he can cut people down to size who try to impose any sort of authority over him. It mirrors the later scene when he visits his cousin and the guard tells him there's no smoking allowed, so he replies, "You've got something in your teeth."

Alfred Pennyworth: I suppose they'll lock me up as well. As your accomplice...
Bruce Wayne: Accomplice? I'm going to tell them the whole thing was your idea.
This scene in TDK. Nice little comedy moment to lighten mood up if these was the idead of this thread is for.

Watchmen had a neat exchange:
Laurie Juspeczyk: Hey, you remember that guy? The one who pretended to be a supervillain so he could get beaten up?
Dan Dreiberg: Oh, You mean Captain Carnage. Ha ha ha! He was one for the books.
Laurie: You're telling me! I remember, I caught him coming out of this jeweller's. I didn't know what his racket was. I start hitting him and I think "Jeez! He's breathing funny! Does he have asthma?
Dan: Ha Ha Ha. He tried that with me, only I'd heard about him, so I just walked away. He follows me down the street… broad daylight, right? He's saying "PUNISH me!" I'm saying "No! Get lost!"
Laurie: Ha Ha Ha. What ever happened to him?
Dan: Well, he pulled it on Rorschach, and Rorschach dropped him down an elevator shaft.

As a child, this is the moment I learned what sarcasm was:
Jenner: ...we were just talking about you.
Justin: That's refreshing, Jenner. Usually you're screaming about us.

This likely doesn't count considering it's from a comedy...
...But in the final showdown from Ghostbusters. after Gozer zaps the group, one of my all-time favorite, non-sensical lines came in here...
Winston: "Ray, When someone asks if you're a god, you say YES!"
