This looks pretty nuts to me, IMO. Glad to see Raimi doing another horror picture.

It's about time Raimi did another horror, looking forward to this.

It's only fitting that Raimi himself do the first R-rated Ghost House flick.

Has the economic crisis really taking over the film industry? This film looks like its trying to prove that. I thought it was a comedy, but unfortunately that isn't the case here. The scares look like they'll be more "boo", pop out, and shadows against the wall kinda thing. Justin Long looks like a terrible choice to put in a horror film because now when I think of him I see the Apple ads or a gay porn star from Zack and Miri.

Exactly how i feel. The trailer looks like a hell of a fun ride from a horror/fantasy master. It could be terrible but at least it looked interesting.

Oh crap, forgot that was a Ghost House movie -- nice one, that too. And yeah, it'd be nice to see The Chin in this one, as well.

He was terrific in Jeepers Creepers.
But I agree that this looks really bad and had me actually giggling a few times. Anytime the creepy old lady appeared I laughed my ass off.
Looks awful. Infact, it looks like it'll be Raimi's worst movie by far. It hurts saying that too because the man has made so many great movies like The Gift and A Simple Plan.

It's good to see Sam Raimi returning to the horror genre, but that trailer did absolutely nothing for me -- it has "meh" written all over it. I'm sure I'll see it in theaters, though, only to support Raimi.

From early reports, there seems to be no chance this movie will be PG-13. Apparently it's bloody, gory and balls-out crazy. The very early word on the street is extremely positive.

Alas, Bruce was busy shooting his TV show Burn Notice while this was in production, so there will be no Chin cameo.

Why did they get rid of Ellen Page?
She is cute and talented.

I think it was just scheduling conflicts. Allsion Lohman was great in Matchstick Men, i'm sure she'll give a good performance.
Unfortunately it will be PG-13. Quint at AICN saw an early cut (which i think was a PG-13 cut) and said it didn't matter, it was still a hell of a fun and cool movie.
