Just watched this movie for the 2nd time on TNT,with William H. Macy and Kyra Sedgwick....absolutely awesome, cant believe this wasnt pushed for a theatrical released compared to other recent movies...i thought it was great, and Macy was awesome as always.

Haven't seen this one yet, but i want to. Because i like William H. Macy, and the story is based on someone that lives not too far away.

I really liked the movie, but I thought it should have been a little shorter. It ran out of steam towards the end. But it was very good, especially for a TV movie. I think Macy deserves an Emmy nomination.

Yeah he totally does deserve one.

I saw it. I think Macy is guaranteed an Emmy nom. Even if you think he deserves one or not. Which he does. It was a good movie as a whole and so far the best TV movie I've seen this year.

I saw it, and even though Macy's performance is superb (hand him the Emmy right now!), the rest of the movie was awful. Since it was one of those "special event" TV movies, of course it tried to make you cry during every scene and that got very annoying. I mean, I think it would be okay to cry during a few scenes, but they made the film so incredibly sappy that it ruined any emotional effect the movie would have had otherwise. This movie should have been on Lifetime, not TNT. 5/10 is my rating.

I need to see one of these kind of movies every once in awhile, especially after seeing the sickness in the daily news.

I saw the real Bill Porter speak at a business convention, and Macy NAILED that performance! He looked and spoke just like Bill. Definately deserves an Emmy.
