So there is this old straight to vhs(or at least that is where I saw it) horror film that Im sure is from the 90's. It took place mainly in labs and revolved around a female scientist. For some reason they were working on creating a supersoldier. At least I think it was a supersoldier. Basically they turn this guy into a semi-cybernetic semi-werewolf beast. He goes nuts and tears through the labs killing indiscriminatly. I remember that the female scientist gets hurt in an explosion I think and she has a rhebar rammed through her foot. Thats all I remember. Sorry its not more. I only remember renting it from blockbuster's scifi section when I was younger. Any help would be great.
