Yo Schmoes! The time has come.......

Well my friends, the time has finally come.... I have written one feature length script and one short over the past few months and the time I have dreaded is finally here. I have let friends and family read my material but after receiving no real criticism I realize that I need to step beyond the bounds of friendship and love and let someone outside my world read my material. I am NOT going to send this to a listing of 20 or so people as I don't want my material just floating around everywhere - what I am looking for is 2 or 3 schmoes who would be willing to give my feature OR short an honest read. The feature is 107 pages, the short only 13.

Please feel free to reply with an email address if interested - BUT I do require a couple things..

#1- Gotta have Adobe Acrobat viewer, but I think everyone does now, as i'm exporting out into Adobe format so I don't risk any software slaughtering my format.

#2- Have to have a solid command of the english language and grammar.

#3- If you want to read the feature you have to at least appreciate horror http://www.joblo.com/ubb/tongue.gif

#4- You have to understand screenwriting format and terms. If I misuse a term or CONT. - I want to know http://www.joblo.com/ubb/smile.gif

So, is anyone up for it? As repayment I would gladly give you a solid read in return. Please don't respond if you are just looking for a casual read as I desperately want genuine criticism.

I would like to read your feature length script. I enjoy horror and I've written 4 scripts thus far. So, I have a pretty good grasp on format. I too have the same thing with my friends and family. It's like they don't want to hurt your feelings or something. Luckly my wife and brother-in-law or pretty critical on my writting. You can send it to BrentRaiderMan@aol.com if you want me to read it.
