We need Spielberg Blu-Rays

It's weird because while looking through Spielberg's filmography, I'm stunned at how few of his movies are on Blu Ray. Off the top of my head, here're some essential ones:

Munich
Schindler's List
The first 3 Indiana Jones
Minority Report
AI
Jurassic Park
Saving Private Ryan

Does anyone know if more are on the way? Or what any holdup is?

It's probably being worked on now, in all likelihood they'll have it coincide with the release for his next movie.

They'll be out eventually. Same thing happened with DVD - Spielberg films took forever to hit the format.

Yea, I really want Minority Report, Saving Private Ryan and the Indiana Jones trilogy. Those would all be awesome on Blu-ray.

I think Spielberg has a strong say in it, when it was announced that Paramount would be HD-DVD exclusive (way back when), part of Spielberg's contract was that it did not include his Dreamworks/Paramount films. I'm not sure if it was because of his interest in Blu-ray, a dissatisfaction with HD-DVD or simply if he wanted his films on both formats. I dont think any of his films would go out without his approval, seeing as how the only two on the market have him talk about the format on the special features.

It would mean I would have to buy so many movies all over again - particularly Jaws, Indy and Jurassic Park, but I've been waiting for the releases so I could pick up Schindler's List and Minority Report

YES! I would love to see some Spielberg films come to blu. I think I read somewhere that A.I. will be released sometime early next year but no word on any of the others.

I believe I read that A.I. and Minority Report were coming this year and that Spielberg wanted to do something "special" for the Jurassic Park release.
