Haha Reigh... Much appreciated. Xzibit was really my only choice for "x" but I really have never listened to his music so I didn't want to be harsh for no reason. Zebrahead was also an option for "z" but I've only heard one song of theirs and I was like 13 and really can't remember shit about it. Same thing with Queensryche.

And on that Weezer note, The Blue Album is good - everything else they've done has been really bad to me, though. So that's why they got my vote.

The problem I have with Springsteen is that he sings about the same shit on almost every goddamn album - with him, it's the 'tough life in New Jersey' aesthetic first, quality songwriting second. His longer, more drawn-out songs (like the ones on Born to Run) try to come off as sounding incredibly epic but instead sound more like some talk-show house band doing an extended jam session.

As for Wilco, I'll say this: aside from some songs on Yankee Hotel Foxtrot, they've mostly bored the shit out of me - like The Flaming Lips, I find them very overrated and largely undeserving of the critical praise that seems to proclaim them as the so-called kings of indie rock.

You are probably the first person I've ever come across to call Symphony X 'shitty'(which is even more shocking because your other choices were all pretty spot on). Why? How? How much Symphony X have you heard? If all you heard was the self-titled debut than you haven't heard the real band.

Regardless, I can understand they are not for all tastes; but there simply is no way that you or anyone could call them 'shitty'.

Fucking Abba? REALLY? One of the most intelligent, influential and commercially successful pop bands of all time. I understand y'all don't like that dreadful cinematic stinker "Mamma Mia" but have you actually listened to songs like "The Winner Takes It All", "The Name Of The Game" and "Knowing Me, Knowing You"...? I mean really, truly listened to them. Abba are a million times more complex than people here seem to realise. The songs are brilliantly structured and the girls layered harmonies make them stand out as truly distinct...the simple lyrics to "Waterloo" are beyond brilliant and more than a little daring for a Eurovision entry.

Waterloo, Dancing Queen, I Have a Dream, Mamma Mia, The Name Of The Game, Winner Takes It All, SOS, Knowing Me, Knowing You, Money Money Money, Fernando, Chiquitita, One Of Us, Super Trouper, Thank You For The Music, Summer Night City, Lay all Your Love On Me, Take a Chance On Me are all bona fide pop CLASSICS.

Tiger (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=znB8OlFgCSM) is a lesser known Abba gem too.

Springsteen, Leonard Cohen, Nick Cave XTC, Wu Tang Clan, Lady Gaga, The White Stripes, Outkast, Iron & Wine, Sufjan Stevens don't deserve to be anywhere near an ultimate 'Worst Of...' list.
