I actually searched for a thread like this one (it seems so obvious) but it was hard to find because I got like 10,000 search returns and . . . well fuck it.
So, it's simple. List your favorite bands, in order if possible, and then name your favorite album/s from that band, then your favorite song.
K.
1. Opeth.
Favorite album: "Ghost Reveries", then a tie between "Still Life", "Blackwater Park" and "Damnation".
Favorite song: It often changes. Right now, a tie between "Harvest", "Soldier of Fortune" and "To Rid The Disease".
2. Metallica.
Favorite album: "Metallica/Black Album", then a tie between "Ride The Lightning" and "Master of Puppets".
Favorite song: "Fade to Black".
3. The Beatles.
Favoite album: Y'know, I have no fucking clue . . . I'm going to say "Sargeant Peppers'".
Favorite song: "Across The Universe".
. . . I'll add more later.

My favorite artists are mostly classic rockers, even though I'm only in my 20's.
I think I was born in the wrong decade. :(
1. Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers
Album: Southern Accents
Song: Impossible to choose. Right now I'm gonna go with either "Don't Come Around Here No More" or "Room At The Top" or "Since You Said You Loved Me"
2. Fleetwood Mac (though I'm mostly just a fan of Lindsey Buckingham and Billy Burnette rather than the band as a whole)
Album: From the band: Tusk, Lindsey Buckingham solo: Gift Of Screws, Billy Burnette solo: Between Friends
Song: Really tough to choose. From the Band: pre-Buckingham/Nicks era: "Dust" from Bare Trees (1972), Buckingham/Nicks era: "I'm So Afraid" (though the live versions blow the studio version out of the water), Post-Buckingham/pre-reunion: "In the Back Of My Mind." Lindsey Buckingham solo: "Castaway Dreams," Billy Burnette solo: "The Edge Of Love"
3. Traveling Wilburys (Is this cheating to name them and Petty? Oh well)
Album: Volume 1
Song: "Tweeter and the Monkeyman"
4. Bob Seger
Album: Face the Promise (not popular among his fans, but I love it)
Song: "Turn the Page"
5. Walter Egan (he's sort of a one hit wonder with "Magnet and Steel" - though technically he had a couple of hits - but I love his work anyway and these days his sound is much less pop and more a mix of rock, blues and country)
Album: Walternative
Song: "The Bias Of Love"
6. Warren Zevon (though, sadly, I didn't get into his music until a couple of years before his death and never got to see him live)
Album: The Wind
Song: Tough one, I mean I love his softer, more melodic stuff like "Keep Me In Your Heart" but I also love his funny stuff like "Mr. Bad Example" and "My Shit's Fucked Up"
7. Eric Clapton
Album: Pilgrim
Song: "She's Waiting"
8. John Stewart (of The Kingston Trio)
Album: Wires From the Bunker
Song: "Wide Eyed In Babylon"
9. Live
Album: Throwing Copper
Song: "Overcome"
10. Matchbox 20
Album: Yourself Of Someone Like You
Song: "Unwell" (love the banjo)
Cop No. 633
