I could not be more excited! By the looks of it is guaranteed to bring him the oscar gold that has long avoided him! I mean honestly how can any true movie fan not be pumped about this movie! I like the marketing scheme behind it too, it keeps you guessing on what the movie is, what the plot is, who's in it, who's directing it, who wrote it, what genre it is, how long it is, and what language it is in?
What do you think of this glorious project?

I don't think you guys realize how big this could be. The possibilities are endless... I mean he could throw a curveball and do an oscar bait period drama..

Or maybe he will try and stir up some controversy in a new biopic

Please tell me you're overreacting on purpose. There's no "marketing scheme". They just DO NOT have any details about the movie yet..plain and simple. All they know is that they know is that Stallone is planning a film for 2011. There's no scheme or hidden details involved.
Stallone has probably said that he plans on doing a movie but didn't know for sure what about. So, they put a basic page for his untitled project. As he figures out details, they'll update it.

I can't fucking wait. I've been going on moviephone daily so I can preorder my tickets. No luck yet, but it should be any day now.

Yeah man this movie is gonna be the next big thing. Early word is that it is the Citizen Kane of the new millenium.

I hope they don't change the title.

I'm not sure how I feel about their decision to not cast anyone. It's certainly a bold move, and will definetely give the project a lot of attention, but I just don't see it paying off in the long run.

I hope the untitled project is along the lines of Cop Land (Despite Stallone not appreciating the movie and thinking it was the film that started his downfall for some reason. The film that started his downfall in Hollywood was probably Rocky V, Stop Or My Mom Will Shoot, or Judge Dredd.) I thought Sly gave the best performance of his career in Cop Land and was robbed of an oscar nomination.

I dunno I kinda like the idea of the location telling the story. Too many stories depend on casts, and it really pisses me off. It is good to see a movie refusing to depend on this gimmick known as "casting"

I'm gonna be the first to stand up and say fuck the haters. Just because a movie doesn't have a script or a cast, they want to say it's inferior. Well who are you to judge. Let's see you make a scriptless, castless movie that's half as good as The Official Untitled Sylvester Stallone Project!

Seriously, it's easy to judge if you haven't seen the movie, but clearly due to the hype it is getting, Stallone must be doing something right. I notice no music credits either. Thats pretty genius marketting right there. Gives it a more real touch.
