Just to be clear, this isn't an offer, and I don't want any of you leaping from my closet like a godamn ninja wielding a plastic ice cream scoop.
Who else digs eyepatch's? They exude so much character it's disgusting. You see an eyepatch, you see a badass.
A few examples:
Snake (Big Boss)
Snake Plisken (side note: people named Snake = also badass)
Colonel Tigh (flesh colored patch ftw!)
Pirates (A pirate named Snake = whoa!)
There's a lot more, but I think in just those four I pretty much made clear the eyepatch legacy.
Does anyone know someone with an eyepatch? Do you sometimes find yourself hoping to befall some accident/act of violence which grants you this amazing honor? Do you wear an eyepatch regardless of eye integrity?
Diclaimer: Not trying to insult those of you who may have lost an eye and now wear a patch. In fact, it's the opposite, as I pretty much want to be best friends with you.

Sorry! Captain Ron deserves his own category my friend.
Personally though I do not know anyone with an eye patch, might have run across a few people here and there but never actually knew any of them. No relatives for sure.

There was this gross customer who'd come into the video store I worked at.
I wasn't there, but my co-worker said one day he put his finger underneath and swabbed out pus and flicked it away.
I don't know if that's cool or not, but you can just GET an eye patch and feel cool wearing it. Don't have to take off your eye. That's kinda silly. ;)

I might need to start wearing one some of the time 'cause I've got wonky eyes. I'm not sure if I'll go with just a solid black or if I should try and be stylish about it. :D

I have no idea what, "wonky eyes" even means.
From now on I'll post a disclaimer everytime I'm being sarcastic, since apparently it's not obvious enough.

Rhona Mitra had an eye-patch in Doomsday, can't forget her.

I think Tweek means that she has a lazy eye. :D
Eye-patches are primo. I dig them, but I don't have the balls to scoop my own eye out.

How suiting that our new forum about nothing has prompted a thread that parallels a Kramer-centric "Seinfeld" storyline. :D

Solid gold.
Case and point: Kramer scared the shit out of me in that clip, he looked so badass.

Heh, nope. Other things that make it difficult for my eyes to focus. When I read, for example, I have to cover my left eye.

Been thinking about getting a patch recently, for no other reason than they're awesome.
