I'm gonna have to go with BILL.
Followed closely by WILL.

Not really.
Bill is kinda lo-fi and Will is kinda Americana.
I've had the pleasure of seeing Bill but have not seen Will.
Still Will though.
Will.

I like Oldham's voice a lot but he releases a monstrous amount of music and a lot of it is totally non-descript, I find Callahan to be much more consistent.

I'd pick Joanna Newsom's ass. The girl's hiding it 'neath layers of maiden-wear, but that only heightens the anticipation for its public reappearance. What is she doing? She should be doing something.
I am a simple creature.
The question, though:
I've only recently been turned on to Callahan and look forward to immersing myself in his vast discography, so I've heard loads more Oldham. "Lie Down in the Light" is my go-to make-me-feel-happy record. Oldham by default, but can really connect with Callahan.
Also: Bill's new album is drop-dead amazing. Deserves all the accolades, etc.
