There is a pause as we stare into the horrifing mask of Michael Myers...

Suddenly his eyes open very quickly

CUT TO: MEDIUM SHOT OF WOMAN
The woman jumps back and quickly turns and around and reaches for a knife from the table. She quickly turns back again...

CUT TO: SHOT OF EMPTY BODY BAG ON TABLE
The table is empty with the body bag flat.

CUT TO: CLOSE UP OF WOMAN
The woman is dumbfounded to see that the body is nowhere in sight. She reaches for her walkie talkie when she hears a noise from behind her...

CUT TO: WOMAN POV
She looks around the room trying to find the mysterious noise

CUT TO: REGULAR SHOT OF WOMAN
She turns back around and finds herself face to face with Michael Myers.

CUT TO: CLOSE UP OF WOMAN's FACE
She tries to scream but a hand comes in to picture and wraps around her throat.

CUT TO: REGULAR SHOT
The shape slowly raises the woman and throws her violently into the wall making a loud smacking sound. Her body falls lifeless to the floor.

CUT TO: CLOSE UP OF WOMANS FACE
A pool of blood slowly flows from the womans head.

CUT TO: EXTREME CLOSE UP OF MICHAEL'S FACE
We zoom to see Michael's lifeless face, staring at his work. A blank stare is all we get.

We see a brown building with several police cars parked outside. Reporters are swarming around and TV vans are visible.

CUT TO: INT.- POLICE STATION- NIGHT
We see Sara sitting on a bench wrapped in a blanket.

CUT TO: CLOSE UP OF SARA
She is looking at the ground almost motionless with a blank stare of fright. It is visible of the terror she has been put through. We hear a voice...

Police Officer Donaldson:
You alright?

CUT TO: REGULAR SHOT
We see Donaldson standing above Sara with a cup of coffee. He is in his police uniform and is in about his fortys...Sarah looks up at him...

Sara: (softly)
Yea...

Donaldson:
Want some coffee?

Sara: (softly)
No thank you...

Donaldson:
So...how are yo...

Sara cuts him off and says...

Sara:
Where is he?

Donaldson:
Who?

Sara:
Michael...

Donaldson:
Hes in the morgue at Haddonfield Hospital...

Sara:
Is he dead?

Donaldson:
Well usually honey, when people go to the morgue they are usually dead. And with 1000 volts running through his body its amazing he didnt melt...

Sara releaved, takes a deep sigh...

Donaldon:
Listen, theres nothing too worry about. Your in a police station. Where else would you want to be? Oh yea...I think there is someone that would like to see you...

CUT TO: WIDE SHOT
We see Myles enter from behind Donaldson

CUT TO: CLOSE UP OF SARA AND MYLES
Both faces are lighted up with joy and wonder as they somehow know one another even though they have never met, there is a definite connection between them...

Myles:
Sara?

Sara:
Deckard?

Myles:
Uhhh yeah...Just call me Myles...

Sara: Uhhh ok...What are you doing here?

Myles:
I left as soon as I saw you on the news. I didnt want you to be alone.

Sara:
You didnt have to come this far.

Myles:
Dont worry about it...

We hear a mans voice...

Freddie: Yo! Yo! Yo! Wheres my girl at?

CUT TO: NORMAL SHOT OF FREDDIE
Freddie walks into the picture with a heavily taped shoulder...

CUT TO: CLOSE UP OF SARA
Her face lights up with joy as she smiles and looks at Freddie

Freddie leans over and gives Sara a hug.

Feddie: So..How you feeling?

Sara: Better

Freddie: Thats good...

CUT TO: CLOSE UP OF MYLES
Myles looks on sad and confused as he thinks Freddie is Sara's boyfriend...

Freddie looks at Myles' confused and sad face...

Freddie looks deep into Sara's eyes...

We look at a gloomy entrance to the Haddonfield Hospital...the same hospital from Halloween II.

Everything is quiet and the room is virtually empty...aside from the two body bags on the operating tables...

CUT TO: CLOSE UP OF MORGUE DOORS
A doctor walks in with his head down taking off his gloves and begins talking...

CUT TO: CLOSE UP OF DOCTOR
The doctors walks with his head down

Doctor:
Hey! We're about to get something to eat, you want something?

The doctor looks up and quickly notices that no one is in the room. He looks puzzled and then he is distracted by something...

The toe tag reads...MICHAEL MYERS

The doctor looks astonished as he slowly walks over to the body.

Doctor:
So let's see who the man is behind the mask...

The doctor slowly begins to unzip the body bag...

We hear the unzipping of the bag as the Doctors face goes from wonderous to horrified...

The doctors face is frightened and horrified as he stumbles backwards...

The black darkness slowly opens as we stare at Michael Myers standing over us with anoperating knife...

We see the docor laying on the floor with his eyes wide open terrofied and pleading...

We look once again at Michael slowly drawing the knife back...

We look at Michael bringing the knife down visciously as it flys at us and we hear a nasty sound...

We can see Michaels back as he slowly walks away...the doctor becomes visible and has a knife sticking between his eyes...Blood is slowly running from beneath the blade...

CUT TO: WIDE SHOT
Michael slowly leans over and picks the doctor up and carries him over to one of the lockers...he opens the locker door than throws the doctor inside.

CUT TO: MICHAEL'S POV
HEAVY BREATHING IS HEARD. We look at the doctor standing lifeless in the lockers as Michaels hand closes the door. Then we slowly turn as Michael begins walking. We push open the door and begin walking down the hall, it is an empty corridor and no one is in sight. There is a very gloomy feel...We continue walking...Then we SUDDENLY STOP! The camera is still for a few seconds then we slowly turn to a doctors chart hanging on a door. We zoom in closer and we can make out the word on the chart...

PATIENT: LAURIE STRODE
CRITICAL CONDITION

The heaving breathing continues as Michael's hand comes into picture and he rips the page off the chart...

THE HALLOWEEN THEME MUSIC BEGINS AGAIN!

We see Sara still sitting on the bench wrapped in a blanket and Myles is right next to her…

CUT TO: CLOSE UP OF SARA AND MYLES

Myles:
So, you think he’s finally dead?

Sara:
No

But you said you watched him burn…?

Sara:
I didn’t see the funeral…

(BEAT)

Myles:
Well I’m sure he’s cooked like a turkey…

Sara smiles but there is a sense of insecurity with her smile. An Officer walks into the picture…

Officer:
Ok, you folks can go home now…We’re gonna have one of our men escort you to your house. Where do you live son?

Myles:
Well..I…

Sara cuts him off…

Sara:
Right down the street from me…

Myles look at Sara

Officer:
Ok I’ll have the officer take you both…

Sara:
Thank you…

CUT TO: EXT.- HOSPITAL- NIGHT
We see a police car pull up to the entrance. The police car stops. Sheriff Donaldson and Freddie are seen getting out of the car.

CUT TO: CLOSE UP OF FREDDIE

Freddie:
Goddamn, It’s cold out in this bitch.

CUT TO: CLOSE UP OF DONALDSON

Donaldson: Yea it’s a little chilly…

CUT TO: CLOSE UP OF FREDDIE AGAIN

Freddie:
A little? Man, If I stay out in this motherfucker and longer Im turn as white as you!

CUT TO: NORMAL SHOT
Donaldson laughs as they both walk into the hospital…

CUT TO: INT.- HOSPITAL WAITING ROOM- NIGHT
Freddie and Donaldson both walk into the waiting room and walk up to the counter…

Donaldson: Excuse me…

Nurse: May I help you…

Donaldson: Yea…we need to see a doctor.

Nurse: Whats the problem?

Donaldson: Stab wound to the shoulder…

Nurse: Ok just have a seat and I’ll be with you in a moment…

CUT TO: NORMAL SHOT
Donaldson leaves the counter and begins walking, we pan over with him as he takes a seat next to Freddie…

CUT TO: CLOSE UP OF FREDDIE AND DONALDSON

Donaldson: They will be with you in a minute…

Freddie: (joking) A minute…shit, Sheriff, were in a hospital! The only way I get seen in a minute is if I had both my arms cut off and I was getting blood all over their fresh tile…

Donaldson: (Laughs)…Well, look I got to get back to the station, you gonna be alright by yourself?

Freddie: (joking) Get the fuck outta here…

Donaldson: Alright…I’ll be back in the morning to check up on you!
Freddie: Alright, cool and bring some hot chick with ya too!

Donaldson: Im fresh out of those…

Freddie: That dont surprise me!

Donaldson laughs as he exits the hospital…

CUT TO: CLOSE UP OF FREDDIE
Freddie is searching the table, looking through magazines…

Freddie: Yo, what the hell? Damn hospital aint got The Source?

CUT TO: MICHAEL’S POV
We see ourselves walking down a long hall, it seems to stretch forever. There are two doctors conversating at the end of the hall. They turn to look our way…We quickly slide into a room. After a few seconds we continue back into the hall way…

CUT TO: SHOT FROM BEHIND MICHAEL
We are looking at Michael as he continues to walk and we pan over into the room we were in for a quick second…We zoom in closer to see that Laurie Strode is lying in the hospital bed sleeping ever so peacefully…She is taped up and looks to have just gotten out of surgery.

CUT TO: MICHAELS POV AGAIN
We continue down the long hallway and we see the doctors separate. One goes out of sight while the other walks over to a door on the left side of the hall. He enters. We follow down the hall and see the door, it says RESTROOM. We open the door where the doctor just went in. We continue to walk in and around the first stall. We see the doctor standing over a urinal and relieving himself. We quickly move into a bathroom stall and shut the door ever so quietly. We look through a crack in the door and watch as the doctor finishes his business and movies over to the sink. He begins washing his hands…

CUT TO: CLOSE UP BEHIND DOCTOR
We are right behind the doctor and we can see him washing his hands still. Suddenly, we can see in the mirror, the door to the stall silently opens and we see The Shape come from inside.

CUT TO: INSIDE MIRROR SHOT
We are now on the other side of the mirror as if the mirror were a window…We see the shape grab the doctor by the back of the head and quickly and violently slam his head into the sink. Then he picks the doctor up by his head again and throws the doctors head right at our direction.

CUT TO: NORMAL SHOT
We watch the doctor lay lifeless only supported by the sink and then slowly fall to the ground. Blood is all over the sink and the floor. Michael stands still for a moment, then he turns and walks out the door.

CUT TO: INT.- POLICE CAR- NIGHT
We are now inside the police car viewing it from the front hood. We see the police officer in the front driving and Sara and Myles in the back.

Officer:
You kids want some music?

Sara:
No…we’re fine

Officer:
Suit yourself…

The officer continues driving…

CUT TO: CLOSE UP OF MYLES AND SARA IN THE BACK

Myles:
What are you going to tell your parents?

Sara:
I’m sure they wont mind a little extra company.

Myles: Okay…

They look at deep into one another’s eye’s we switch views a couple times alternating between both faces. They begin drawing closer to each other and they near and pucker their lips………

Officer: Now who the hell is this idiot standing in the middle of the damn road?

We zoom extremely tight. Both Sara and Myles faces look at each other in concern as they slowly look up

CUT TO: OFFICER’S POV
We see a dark figure standing in the road. His face is concealed by the darkness of the night…We slowly move closer…

CUT TO: WIDE SHOT OF CAR AND MAN IN ROAD
The officer gets out of the car and begins walking towards the man…

Officer:
Sir, what in the hell are you doing out in the middle of nowhere like this?

Man’s Voice:
You cant escape…

Officer:
What the hell are you talking about?

Man’s Voice:
He wont let you!

Officer:
You trying to scare me? I have been scared to death tonight…

CUT TO: CLOSE UP OF MANS FACE
The man’s face slowly comes from out of the shadows and we see that it is Tommy Doyle.

Tommy: (non-chalantly)
You don’t know what death is!!!

CUT TO: INT.- HOSPITAL ROOM- NIGHT
We are inside of a hospital room. The room is very dark, almost a blue color flows in the room. We see a patient lying in a bed. We zoom in closer and see that it is Laurie Strode.

CUT TO: CLOSE UP OF LAURIE’S FACE
Her eyes are wide open staring at something…she is motionless. Neither happiness nor fear is noticeable. Her face hiding beneath the shadows.

Laurie: (very softly)
I’m waiting Michael…

CUT TO: INT.- DIFFERENT HOSPITAL ROOM- NIGHT
We see another hospital room. This one is white and brightly lit, there are 2 nurses and a doctor that seem to be operating on Freddie.

Freddie:
How’s it looking Doc?

Doctor:
Well its not that deep…but we will have to give you a sedative.

Freddie:
Alright, Cool

CUT TO: FREDDIE’S POV
We see the nurse preparing the sedatives, she is very pretty with long black hair and smooth skin that resembles caramel.

CUT TO: NORMAL SHOT
Freddie looks at the nurse…

Freddie: Damn girl! When you put me under I’ll probably have dreams of you!

Nurse: Yea…well you better just keep dreaming!

Freddie looks stunned and shakes his head…

Freddie: Alright Doc, give me da shit!

The doctor gets the needle and slowly moves towards Freddie. He is inches to his skin when suddenly everything goes black. The power has been shut off!

Freddie: What the fuck?

Doctor: Nurse, call the front desk, see what the problem is!

The nurse moves over to the phone and puts it to her ear, she hangs it back up.

Nurse: It’s dead!

Doctor: Radio in on the walkie-talkie…

The nurse grabs for the walkie-talkie…

Nurse:
Hello, can someone tell me what’s going on?

CUT TO: INT.- FRONT OFFICE- NIGHT
Everything is dark and everything is a mess. Papers are scattered all over the floor. Tables tossed everywhere and about 10 people are laying dead. Blood is all over the counters and walls.

(We hear over the radio)
Nurse:
Hello? Is anybody there?

CUT TO: CLOSE UP OF DEAD BODY
We see a pen sticking out of her head…blood is covered in her face…We quickly switch…

(We hear over the radio)
Nurse:
Front Desk, what’s going on?

CUT TO: CLOSE UP OF ANOTHER DEAD BODY
We see another dead body with a slit throat…

CUT TO: CLOSE UP OF ANOTHER DEAD BODY
We see another dead body with a needle in her throat…

CUT TO: NORMAL VIEW OF FRONT OFFICE
We take another look at the carnage in the room…

CUT TO: SHOT OF NURSE
We cut back to the Nurse holding the walkie-talkie-…

Nurse:
HELLO!

The nurse turns to the others…

Nurse: (confused)
Their not answering!

Doctor:
I’m gonna go up there and see what the hell is going on!

CUT TO: NORMAL SHOT
The doctor takes off his gloves and throws them down. He then walks out of the room and down the hall…we follow him.

CUT TO: VIEW BEHIND DOCTOR
We watch as the doctor walks down the hall. Everything is dark but the doctor seems to just walk carefree. We are still walking down the hall…SUDDENLY…The Shape jumps from out of nowhere and grabs the doctor and pulls him into another room. The Shape holds the doctor by the throat with one hand. Then he reaches over and turns on an Electric Shock machine. Still holding the doctor, the machine beeps. The Shape grabs the paddles and puts them on the side of his head. He squeezes it. The doctor begins to shake violently as volts of electricity flow through his body.

CUT TO: VIEW OF DOCTOR’S FEET
We see his feet shaking and they begin to rise as Michael lifts him from the ground.

CUT TO: VIEW AT MICHAELS SHOUDLERS
We see Michael holding the doctor high with the paddles pressed to his head. We slowly start to move over toward the window and Michael carries him by the head. He then thrusts forward and the doctor goes flying but Michael quickly wraps the cord around the doctors throat.

CUT TO: EXT.- OUTSIDE HOSPITAL- NIGHT- LOW CAM LOOKING UP
The doctor is hanging out the window and is struggling to get free…

CUT TO: NORMAL SHOT
Michael pulls tighter and tighter as the doctor becomes more and more lifeless…

CUT TO: PREVIOUS OUTSIDE SHOT
The doctor is now still just dangling by the cord…Then Michael rips the cord and the doctor falls about 50 feet into the bushes below…Michael is standing at the window looking down…He is still for a good 3 seconds, then he walks away from the window and becomes unseen.

CUT TO: INT.- POLICE CAR- NIGHT
We are back inside the police car. The officer is driving down the road again…

Officer:
Do you know what your doing!!??

CUT TO: SHOT OF TOMMY IN PASSENGER SEAT
Tommy has a gun and it is pointed at the officer.

Tommy:
Just shut up and drive!

Sara:
Why are you doing this?

Tommy:
Did you look into his eyes? Do you really think hes dead?

Sara: I watched him burn!

Tommy: (laugh)
You watched him burn…(chuckles)You think fire can stop him? 24 Years Ago, he went on a murder spree.
(FLASHBACK OF END TO HALLOWEEN)
His own doctor shot him 6 times and he fell from a 20 foot high balcony! They went outside and he was gone…
(FLASHBACK TO END OF HALLOWEEN 2)
Later that night they trapped him in a hospital and lit him on fire. He didn’t die.
(FLASHBACK TO BEGINNING OF HALLOWEEN 4)
He was thought to be in critical condition until he was being transferred to Smith Grove’s Sanitarium and he escaped again.
(FLASHBACK TO END OF HALLOWEEN 6)
Even I, Myself put a dozen needles of sedatives into his body and he just kept coming. I hit him about 20 times in the head with a steel pipe. I saw his blood! I SAW HIS BLOOD! And he just got up and walked again!
CUT TO: SHOT INSIDE POLICE CAR

Sara:
So your saying he’s not human?

Tommy:
I wouldn’t call him a human…

Sara:
What would you call him?

Tommy:
EVIL!

Sara looks on as she begins to be frightened…She knows that Michael isn’t dead and that he is coming for her!

You have a nice solid script here Biggnewt,
but there's only two problems i had. One with the kills, they just seemed a tad bland, except for the Electric paddle kill, that was interesting, although lacking a jolt of electricity to the doctors head.
And two, i didn't get a sence of fear, or tension in the script, although there were a few times, where it kicked in.
Otherwise, i say good start, and continue.
Adding Tommy into the mix, was a welcome.
Good job.

SUDDENLY, a hand bursts through the door and grabs the nurse around her throat. The Nurse struggles to get free but Michael has a tight grip.

CUT TO: CLOSE UP OF FREDDIE
We see Freddie grab a scalpel from the table…

Freddie:
You gotta be fuckin kidding me!

CUT TO: NORMAL SHOT
We see Freddie get off from the bed and walk over to the door and he sticks Michael in the hand…

CUT TO: CLOSE UP OF MICHAEL’S HAND
We see the scalpel sticking out his hand and blood begins to come out…

CUT TO: NORMAL SHOT
Michael lets go of the nurse and pulls the scalpel from out of his hand and throws it down. Michael is now very angry! But suddenly he leaves from the doorway and is not visible…

CUT TO: CLOSE UP OF NURSES AND FREDDIE
We see Freddie holding the two nurses and they are looking at the doorway…

Nurse #1:
Where did he go?

Freddie:
Fuck If I wanna find out! I seen this shit before, the dumbass white bitch goes to check out where the killer went and then wham. Dead bitch! Uh Uh! Not me…Im getting my ass outta here!

Freddie walks over to the window and tries to open it but it wont open…So he grabs a stool and throws it into the window. The glass shatters…He starts to squeeze out the window and he gets about halfway when…

CUT TO: SHOT OF DOORWAY
We see Michael step into the doorway and stand still. It’s a haunting image as the dark light produces a menacing shadow! We zoom in tight to his eyes and see the demonic anger building in his body!

CUT TO: CLOSE UP OF FREDDIE HANGING FROM LEDGE
Freddie is hanging by fingertips as he looks at Michael in fear…

Freddie:
Oh shit!

CUT TO: SHOT OF OUTSIDE
We are outside looking up at Freddie hanging from a high window…

CUT TO: NORMAL SHOT
Michael begins to walk over to Freddie then we hear a whimper…We see the two nurses cuddled in the corner holding each other.

CUT TO: MICHAEL’S POV
We walk over to the Nurses and reach out to them but then we hear a crackle of glass…We turn quickly…

CUT TO: NORMAL SHOT
We see Michael looking over at the window and he notices that Freddie is gone…He leans out over the ledge to look outside…

CUT TO: MICHAEL’S POV
There is nothing outside but the green bushes at the bottom of the 50 foot drop…

We follow Michael as he turns around and then we see Freddie come from out of nowhere and hit Michael in the head the stool…Michael stumbles back near the window…

BOO Motherfucker!

Freddie runs at Michael and tackles him out of the window…

CUT TO: OUTSIDE SHOT
We watch Michael fly out the window and fall about 50 feet into the bushes below…

CUT TO: NORMAL SHOT OF FREDDIE
We see Freddie look back at the girls…

Freddie:
Thanks for the help!

Nurse #2:
It looked like you had it under control…

Freddie smiles…

CUT TO: EXT.- GAS STATION- NIGHT
We see the Police Car pull up to the Gas Station…

CUT TO: INSIDE CAR SHOT
We see Tommy still holding the gun to the police officer. They slowing turn into a parking space and the car stops. Tommy grabs the officers hand and pulls the handcuffs out of his belt and handcuffs the cops hand to the steering wheel, then he grabs the keys from the ignition.

Tommy:
Now Don’t go nowhere…

Tommy smiles with a smirk…

Officer: (sarcastically)
Ill try not too!

Tommy:
You two in the back can either help me or I’ll shoot you too…it makes no difference, so stay in the car and keep your mouth shut!

CUT TO: OUTSIDE SHOT
We see Tommy open the car door and exit the car. He slams the car door and walks over to the payphone. He picks up the phone inserts two coins and then enters the digits…

CUT TO: CLOSE UP OF TOMMY
Tommy holds the phone to his ear…

Voice On Phone: Hello?

Tommy: Mom…

Mother: Tommy, where are you?

Tommy: Haddonfield…

Mother: HADDONFIELD! Are you out of your mind?

Tommy: Mom, I’ll explain it later. Where is Stephen?

Mother: Playing with his toys on the floor…

Tommy: Kara?

Mother: She said she was out looking for you!

Tommy: What? I told her not to come!

Mother: Im sorry Tom.

Tommy: Okay, well I got to go

Mother: Okay Goodbye..hurry home!

Tommy: Right…

We here a car start…

Tommy turns and looks at the police car and the headlights are on and the car is started. The car begins to back up and turn around. Tommy tries to run to the car but falls over the curb and looks up. The officer sticks his head out the window…

Officer:
Spare key asshole!!

CUT TO: CLOSE UP OF TOMMY
Tommy looks up and then puts his head down as he pulls himself back to his feet. He brushes himself off then looks around, then starts walking…

CUT TO: INSIDE CAR SHOT
We see the officer in the car driving…We see the office reach over with his free hand and pick up his radio.

OFFICER:
That crazy bastard!

Officer:
Hello, Haddonfield Hospital?

Officer:
Come in, this is Officer Smith!

(Silence)

Officer:
Is anybody there?

(Silence)

Officer:
Damn it!

Sara: Whats going on?

Officer:
We’re headed back to the hospital…somethings gotta be wrong!

Sara and Myles look at each other in concern…

The officer quickly turns the car around and starts heading the opposite direction…

Sara:

CUT TO: INT. HOSPITAL HALL- NIGHT
We see Freddie and the nurses cautiously walk down the dark corridor.

Nurse #1:
We got to call the police…

Nurse #2:
The lines are down!

Freddie:
Oh shit…wait a minute!

Freddie reaches for his pocket, then he shakes around and pats a few more pockets but comes up with nothing…

Freddie:
Shit my cell phone, I must have dropped it out the window!

Nurse:
Oh well, lets keep moving!

The three walk to the front office where they stop dead in their tracks and expressions of terror come across their faces…

CUT TO: THEIR POV
We look around at the carnage we saw before, the dead bodies all over the floor and the blood everywhere, a truly horrid sight!

Freddie:
We gotta get the fuck outta here!

Nurse: Good Idea!

CUT TO: NORMAL SHOT

The three start running to the door when The Shape suddenly bursts through the glass door…

CUT TO: CLOSE UP OF FREDDIE

Freddie:
Goddamn! That’s a strong bitch!

(STALKING THEME BEGINS TO PLAY)

CUT TO: NORMAL SHOT
The three quickly turn around and start running down the hall.

CUT TO: SHOT OF MICHAEL
We see Michael right behind them walking very determined and menacing!

CUT TO: FRONT SHOT OF THREE
They are running fast and with fear then turn a corner and go off the picture. We see the shape still steadily stalking them…

CUT TO: NORMAL SHOT OF HALL
The three are still running and they quickly run into a room and shut the door. The shape turns the corner and begins to slow…

CUT TO: INSIDE ROOM
We see the three huddled in the corner and the door is in front of us…Everything is quiet except for the loud footsteps of Michael and his heaving breathing. We see his shadow through the door, he walks very slowly stops and pauses…The shadow then keeps moving out of sight…

Nurse:
Is he gone?

Freddie:
I think so…

Suddenly the handle starts jiggling…The three pull closer and put their heads down in fear as they are about to meet their demise!

The door opens and…the police officer walks in!

Officer:
What the hell is going on?

Freddie:
Damn, am I glad to see your ass!

Freddie:
Michael Myers isn’t dead…

Officer:
Yea I kinda figured by the sight of the front lobby…Is everyone okay?

Freddie:
Yea, were fine…Did you see him out there?

Officer: No I just heard someone in hear whimpering…

Freddie:
Dumbass white girls!

Officer:
Well, come on we gotta get back to the car I got Sara and Myles in there…

Freddie:
Come on girls…

Suddenly we hear a sound and the officer stands straight up and wide-eyed! The officer slowly falls forward as we see an axe stuck to the back of his head. As he falls we see the Shape standing behind the fallen officer…

CUT TO: CLOSE UP OF FREDDIE

Freddie:
RUN!

The three quickly run to window and Freddie jumps through it falling to the ground only about 10 feet below…One of the nurses try to squeeze out of the window. She is inching closer to safety when a piece of glass digs deep into her leg as she screams in agony.

CUT TO: SHOT OF MICHAEL
We see Michael walking over fast and fierce…

CUT TO: NORMAL SHOT
Michael grabs the girl by the head and slams it viciously into a piece of glass hanging from the window. Blood sprays all over the girl standing in the corner as she screams…Michael turns to her and slowly walks in her direction. The nurse pushes the hospital bed in his way but he tosses it aside as if it were light. She starts throwing pans and other medical trays at him. He continues walking as they braze off his body. She tries to run for the door but Michael slides the hospital bed into her stomach and she is pushed to the wall. The bed barricades her in between the wall. Then he pushes the bed even harder into her gut as she screams in pain! He pulls it back slightly then violently slams it forward again and blood gushes from the nurse’s mouth all over the bed. Then she lays over the bed and sits there lifeless. She starts movie again and wheezing. Michael grabs her by the throat and picks her up in the air. He carries her over to a clothes hook hanging from the door. He viciously slams her head into the hook…

CUT TO: WIDE SHOT
We see the nurse hanging from the door. Michael stands there still and slowly tilts his head to admire his work…

Tommy:

Shut up and get in the car

Tommy:

Tommy rushes over to the passenger seat and the car drives away out onto the dark highway…

CUT TO: INSIDE CAR SHOT

Tommy:
So, how did you find me?

Kara:
I saw the news, I knew where you were headed! I was driving to get to the hospital and I saw you sitting there…

Tommy:
You shouldn’t have came!

Kara:
You shouldn’t have came! I wouldn’t be here if you would have left!

Tommy:
I can take care of myself, besides Michael is too strong now!

CUT TO: EXT.- HOSPITAL GROUND- NIGHT
We see Freddie laying on the ground holding his back trying to get up…

Freddie:
Damn…I think I just broke my ass!

Freddie struggles to his feet and brushes himself off…He then starts walking over to the parking lot. He walks over to the police car. Sara and Myles are in the back. Freddie opens the front door.

CUT TO: INSIDE CAR SHOT

Freddie:
We gotta get the fuck outta here.

Sara:
Whats going on?

Freddie:
Mikey aint dead…

Sara:
What?

Freddie:
Michael Myers is alive!

Myles:
Jesus…

Freddie:
Okay…wheres the keys?

Sara:
The cop took them in with him…

Freddie:
SHIT! Wait a minute…

Freddie leans under the steering wheel and pops open a panel, quickly he puts together a few wires and the car starts…

Freddie puts the car in reverse and tries to drive but the car isn’t moving and we hear the spinning of wheels…

The wheel is flat and spinning on the pavement…

What now?

Freddie opens up the door and walks over to the tire, he sees that it has been slashed. He leans over closer and sees there is blood on the tire…

Freddie walks back over to the door and opens up the back seat door.

Freddie:
Lets go! We gotta walk!

Myles:
What’s wrong?

Freddie:
Look…

Freddie points to the tire and Myles and Sara look at it…

Myles:
Christ…we’re not gonna get out of here!

Freddie:
Just shut the hell up for a minute…There’s more cars around, we’ll just break into another one…

The three start walking through the parking lot looking at every car. We show random close ups of car tires, all with slashed tires…

Freddie:
Nevermind…

They turn around and start running to the highway entrance…A car pulls up in front of them with the headlights blinding them…

Sara:
Is that him?

Freddie:
I don’t know!

CUT TO: CLOSE UP OF CAR
We see the door open, then Kara walks out from the car. The other door opens and Tommy comes out of the car.

CUT TO: CLOSE UP OF FREDDIE

Freddie:
Who are you two?

CUT TO: CLOSE UP OF TOMMY

Tommy:
That’s not important…you need to come with us.

Freddie:
Fuck you, I’m not going a damn place til I know who you are!

Kara:

CUT TO: FRONT VIEW OF SARA, MYLES AND FREDDIE
We see the three standing in front of the car. We also see the dark lit figure of Michael Myers standing in the background with a knife in his hands. They turn around to see him.

Sara:
Get in the car!

Freddie:
Yea!!

They run over to the car and get in the backseat. Kara and Tommy get in the front seat. Kara struggles to put the key in the ignition. Michael is quickly closing in on them. Her hand is shaking in fright as she tries to put it in the ignition. She looks up again and Michael is standing right in front of the car. She finally gets the key in and she turns the ignition and the car starts. She looks back up and Michael is not there.

Kara:
Where did he go?

Tommy:
Just start the damn car!!!
She puts the car in reverse and looks behind…

CUT TO: KARA’S POV
We see The Shape now standing behind the car…

CUT TO: NORMAL SHOT

Kara:
What do I do?

Tommy:
Hit it!

Kara slams on the gas pedal but they go FORWARD and ram hard into the front wall of the hospital…Kara must not have put the car in reverse and put it in drive. The car crashes and everyone in the car goes forward. Everything is now quiet…

CUT TO: INSIDE CAR SHOT
We see Kara and Tommy with their heads on the dash and blood dripping from them…They slowly raise their heads.

Kara:
What happened?

Tommy:
Obviously you failed drivers class!

Kara pushes the door open and puts a foot out she leans out of the car to get out then the car door quickly slams and her head is smashed in between the car and the door. Michael stands...

Tommy:
KARA!!!

Freddie and the rest kick open the door on the opposite side of Michael and they quickly get out. They start to run back into the hospital but Michael is pursuing them.

CUT TO: INT.- HOSPITAL HALL- NIGHT
We see a doctor walking down the hallway with a flashlight. The four yell at the doctor…

Tommy:
Run!

Doctor:
What’s going on? What happened to the lights?

Tommy:
Just get moving!

They run past the doctor who is still looking at them. He turns around and Michael grabs him and throws him through a door to the left. We cut to behind the door and see the doctor flying down a flight of stair and on the last step his neck breaks.

CUT TO: CLOSE UP OF MICHAEL
We look back into Michael’s eyes. Black as night. They are the eyes of evil and they are peering at the four running down the hall. He is breathing heaving and it is a truly menacing sight.

(STALKING THEME PLAYS)

CUT TO: NORMAL SHOT OF THE FOUR RUNNING…
We see Tommy, Myles, Sara and Freddie running down the hall and turning corners.

CUT TO: SHOT OF MICHAEL
Michael is walking very quickly with a determination. He turns a few corners.

CUT TO: SHOT OF FOUR
The four are still running and they turn one more corner and suddenly they are stopped. They stand in front of a dead end. Nothing but a big white wall stands in front of them. The four turn around very slowly…

CUT TO: MYLES, SARA, TOMMY AND FREDDIE POV
We see Michael standing in front of them. We zoom close very fast!

CUT TO: NORMAL SHOT OF MYLES, SARA, TOMMY, AND FREDDIE
The four look at Michael, all four are scared and begin to sweat. It looks like the end for all four…

I feel you amping the tension, and it works
effectively, because i left my room, it's
1:47 a.m. over here, and i had to traverse through dark hallways, and a living room,
only to be trapped in the kitchen.
This is what happens when your scared of Michael Myers, your mind runs wild, creating secnarios, that will never happen, but damn the devil to hell, you just can't help feeling it could. What i'm saying is, that if you find yourself scared like that, after reading a script such as this; if it caries over to reality then the tension is there.
Good Job, but i do hope you find a way to continue this.

The shape grabs Myles and holds him high in the air then violently slams him in the nozzle of the fire extinguisher causing it to puncture through his body and out his stomach…

Sara looks on horrified…

Sara:

Michael turns back around and starts walking towards the three. Suddenly we hear a voice…

We see Laurie Strode pressed against a wall looking at Michael…

Michael cocks his head to the side…Michael starts walking toward Laurie…Then from behind, Freddie hits Michael over the head with a glass medicine bottle. Michael falls to the floor…

Come on, lets go!

Freddie picks up Laurie and starts running with her. Tommy and Sara are right behind them. They are running for their lives.

CUT TO: CLOSE UP OF MYERS
Michael lays still…then he quickly raises up and gets back to his feet…

CUT TO: EXT.- HOSPITAL PARKING LOT- NIGHT
We see an Ambulance pulling up. Freddie, Tommy, Sara and Laurie run over in front of it.

Ambulance driver:
What the hell are you kids doing?

Freddie:
Get us outta here…

Ambulance driver:

Freddie puts down Laurie gently then runs over to the ambulance. He opens the door and punches the guy right in the nose knocking him out. Freddie throws him out of the truck.

Freddie:

The four get in the ambulance…

CUT TO: INSIDE OF AMBULANCE
We see Freddie in the driver’s seat and Tommy in the passengers seat and Laurie and Sara in the back. Sara Is holding Laurie who looks to be in great pain. We also see a hospital worker in the back.

Ambulance worker:
Who the hell are you guys?

Freddie:
Just shut up or get out!

Ambulance worker:
I don’t have to lis…

Suddenly the back door of the ambulance flys open and Michael stabs the doctor in the back with a knife…

CUT TO: CLOSE UP OF FREDDIE

Freddie quickly puts the ambulance in reverse and runs over Michael…As we are driving away Michael lays still…Then he raises off of the ground.

Freddie drives out of the hospital parking lot and turns onto the highway where they drive off out of site.

We see Michael standing. Then he starts to walk over to a car hidden in the back. He gets in…

We see that this is the only car in the parking lot without slashed tires…

Michael starts up the car and drives out of the parking lot…

My mother’s house…We should be safe there!

We are looking in the rear view mirror and we see the car that Michael was driving and surely enough Michael is driving the car…

We got some company…

The three turn around and look out the back window and see Michael Myers right behind them…

Sara:
Oh god! He’s right behind us!

Tommy:
Step on it!

Freddie:
I am..Damn it!

The whole Ambulance shakes and we hear a big crash sound. Michael is ramming the back of the ambulance. Freddie struggles to keep the wheel straight. Everyone in the car is flying all over the place. Medicine is falling from the sides…

CUT TO: OUTSIDE SHOT
We see Michael ramming the back of the ambulance and it begins to swerve. Michael rams it again and the ambulance swerves off the road and out on to a field.

CUT TO: CLOSE UP OF AMBULANCE
We see the ambulance bouncing up and down and Freddie trying to keep it steady…

Freddie:
Doesn’t he ever quit!?

Tommy:
You got a lot to learn!

CUT TO: OUTSIDE SHOT
We see the Ambulance driving through an isolated field and bouncing up and down. We also see Michael in the car right behind them. The ambulance tries to swerve and lose Michael but he is still pursing them. The ambulance suddenly spins and turns around facing Michael. Michael hits the brakes and both cars are stopped dead. There is a long pause. Both cars still as the night yet waiting to roar!

CUT TO: CLOSE UP OF FREDDIE
Freddie has a tight grip on the wheel and stares at Michael…

Freddie:
You wanna play some chicken, you chicken shit!

CUT TO: CLOSE UP OF MICHAEL
We see Michael also with a tight grip, his eyes piercing at Freddie…

Suddenly both cars are put into drive and their wheels spin they quickly move forward toward one another. We change views a few times between vehicles. Both are accelerating at top speeds. They are closing in. 50 feet… 40 feet… 30 feet…20 feet…10 feet…At the last second the Ambulance swerves out of the way as the other car keeps driving forward. We suddenly see a tree and the car smashes into it and Michael flys through the front windshield and into the woods…
CUT TO: CLOSE UP OF INSIDE AMBULANCE
We see Freddie relieved and looking at the disaster…

Freddie:
Watch out for the tree Mike…

Tommy:
Is everyone okay?

Sara:
Yea were fine…

Tommy:
Alright lets keep moving!

Freddie:
How far are we from your mothers house?

Tommy: Its right around the corner…about 5 minutes…

Freddie:
Thank god!

Freddie turns the ambulance around and drives back onto the road…

CUT TO: EXT.- WOODS- NIGHT
We see the car smashed into the tree and smoking coming from the hood. Michael is lying in a pond and looks to be dead. There is a long pause…SUDDENLY, Michael rises from the pond. He turns to look at the ambulance…

CUT TO: MICHAEL’S POV
We see the Ambulance driving away as we watch it go out of sight. We hear the heavy breathing of Michael as we watch. He knows where they are going…We begin to walk out of the woods…

CUT TO: WIDE SHOT
We see the background of the woods as Michael walks across the long field. The moon is bright and is casting a huge shadow of the Shape’s figure. It stretches across the field and creates a haunting image. Michael is still walking and pursuing the ambulance…

(HALLOWEEN THEME PLAYS)

We see Freddie at the wheel and Tommy in the passengers seat. Laurie and Sara are in the back. Laurie looks very sick and she is lying on the stretcher.

Now that we get the chance, who are you?

Tommy:
My name is Tommy Doyle.

Freddie:
You like to tell me why this guy wont die?

Tommy:

Freddie:
Oh there’s a point…When I burn a guy then run his ass over and he still gets up and starts to walk, I would like to know what the fuck is going on!

Tommy:
He’s not human…Is that what you want to hear?

Freddie:
Wait wait wait…then what the hell is he?

Tommy:
Your guess is as good as mine. He’s evil…That’s the only explanation I can come up with.

Freddie:
What are you telling me…


Tommy:
Michael came after me when I was six years old. I knew he wasn’t finished. He came after me again when I was older. I thought I had killed him but I find out later that he killed Dr. Loomis

Freddie:
Dr. Sam Loomis?

Tommy:
Yea, you heard of him?

Freddie:
He’s Michael Myers’ doctor right?

Tommy:
Yea, well anyway, When Michael was a baby he was taken to a ritual. Once there, he was plagued with the thorn curse? The thorn curse meant that the only way Michael would finally be laid to rest, was for him to kill all of his blood relatives.

Freddie:
You mean Laurie back there?

Tommy:
Not just her, Stephen, Kara (pause) and her son Danny.

Freddie:
And where are they?

Tommy:
Kara was the woman with me back there…

Freddie:
The one that got killed?

Tommy:
Yea, and Stephen and Danny are with my mother…

Freddie:
Damn this shit is serious!

Tommy:
No shit!

Sara:
Are we almost there? She needs to get out of here…

CUT TO: CLOSE UP OF LAURIE
She is laying in the hospital bed, her eyes looking heavily into the sky. She is not moving just remaining still.

CUT TO: SHOT OF FRONT SEATS

Tommy:
Make a left up here…Then go to the third house on the right…

Freddie:
Aye Aye Capt.

Freddie turns the Ambulance and slowly pulls up into the driveway…

CUT TO: EXT- GAS STATION- NIGHT

We see a guy with an old station wagon much like the one in the first Halloween. He is filling the car up with gas and is looking over at the meter. We slowly close in on him. He looks up…

Man:
Hey, shouldn’t you be getting home kid, its getting kinda late…

(PAUSE)

Man:
Are you fucking def?

CUT TO: NORMAL SHOT
The shape looks at him for a few seconds. He just stands there breathing heavy and looking at the man who begins to look scared. Michael turns and opens the trunk of the guy’ car…

Man:
Hey what the hell are you doing?

Michael grabs the man and throws him into the trunk and has his hand over the man’s mouth.

CUT TO: MICHAEL’S POV
We see a tire iron laying over in the corner, we reach out and grab it.

CUT TO: BACK VIEW OF MICHAEL
We see Michael raise the tire iron high and hit the man a few times…Then Michael closes the trunk and walks over into the car and starts it. He begins to drive away. We zoom to the back of the trunk where we see blood running from out of the trunk down the back of the car.

CUT TO: INSIDE POLICE CAR
We are now inside of Sheriff Donaldson’s car. We see him drinking a coffee and holding the wheel. He is whistling and listening to the radio. We see him squint his eyes then look forward to look at something closer.

CUT TO: DONALDSON’S POV
We are right behind Michael Myers in the car. We see the blood on the back of the car.
Donaldson:
What the hell?

CUT TO: NORMAL SHOT
We see Donaldson flip a switch and then the sirens come on as well as the blue and red lights. Donaldson grabs the radio…

Donaldson:
This is the Haddonfield police…Pull over!

The car is still driving and seems to be ignoring the orders.

Donaldson:
I said pull the goddamn car over!

Suddenly the car hits its brakes and Donaldson has to slam on his as well to avoid a collision. There is a pause. Nothing but complete silence.

Donaldson:
What an asshole…

Donaldson opens up his door and steps out. He walks slowly over the car and he looks at the blood on the back of the car. He keeps walking very slowly toward the driver. We see him getting very close. Closer. He looks into the drivers seat with his flashlight.

CUT TO: DONALDSON’S POV
There is no one there…

Donaldson:
What the…?

Donaldson takes a few steps back and looks around the car with his flashlight. We hear a car start up and headlights brighten the dark lit road. Someone is in the police car. The car accelerates forward and aims for the officer. Donaldson quickly jumps out of the way as the car keeps moving forward. Donaldson looks at the car for a moment then runs over to the station wagon. He gets in and starts the car but it quickly turns off…

CUT TO: DONALDSON’S POV
We see that the car is out of gas. The meter is below E. The guy who was putting gas must have not put in enough gas.

CUT TO: SHOT OF DONALDSON

Donaldson: Shit!

CUT TO: INT.- TOMMY’S HOUSE- NIGHT
We see Tommy’s mother watching a movie on the television. Then the front door opens and in walks Tommy followed by Sara and Freddie holding Laurie.

Tommy:
Where’s Stephen and Danny?

Tommy:
Its 3 A.M., they are in bed…

Tommy’s Mother:
I didn’t know we were having guests Thomas…

Tommy:
Mom, its happening again!

Mother:
What’s happening dear?

Tommy:
Michael Myers is back!

Mother:
What!!??

Tommy:
Mom, we have to get in the car and drive somewhere?

Mother:
I will not be forced out of my own house!

Tommy:
We really don’t have time for this!

Freddie puts Laurie down on the couch.

Freddie:
Wait…Tommy. We can stay here and board up the windows and the doors. Its better than going back out there. He could be anywhere, just waiting for us. I rather take my chances in here!

There is a pause Tommy and Freddie look at each other.

Tommy:
The hammer and nails are in the shed…

CUT TO: EXT.- BACKYARD- NIGHT
We see a dark lit backyard. There is a picnic table and a shed. Tommy and Freddie walk over to the shed and open it up. They walk in.

CUT TO: INT.-SHED-NIGHT
Tommy pulls down the chain on the light bulb hanging above. We see a shed full of all sorts of tools. We pan through a few chainsaws, hammers, nails and other assortments.
Freddie:
Merry Christmas!

Tommy walks over and grabs two boxes of nails and Freddie grabs the hammer. They take them inside the house and go back out to the shed. They look around and grab some wood and a few guns from a gunrack.

Freddie:
Now your talking!

Suddenly the door slams shut. The two are in the darkness.

Tommy:
It’s him!

We hear some kids laughing. Freddie kicks open the door and we see three kids running.

Freddie:
Yea, it was him alright…about 20 years younger…

Tommy:
Lets get this stuff inside…

CUT TO: INT.- BEDROOM- NIGHT
We see Laurie lying in a bed and Sara sitting right beside her.

Sara:
Your not afraid are you?

Laurie just stares at the ceiling…

Sara:
I am…

Laurie looks at Sara…

Laurie: (softly)
Don’t be…

Sara:
Why not?

Laurie: (softly)
That’s what he wants…

(PAUSE)

Sara:
Do you think he will come for you?

Laurie: (softly)
I hope…

Sara:
What?

Laurie: (softly)
I just want this all to end…

Sara looks at Laurie then grabs her hand and holds it to comfort her…

CUT TO: LIVING ROOM
We see Freddie and Tommy holding boards and nailing them into place. They have so far boarded up a few windows and the door…

Freddie:
You think these will hold?

Tommy:
Let’s hope…

Tommy grabs another piece of wood and holds it to the door…Tommy’s mother walks into the room…

Mother:
Don’t you think this is a little paranoid?

Tommy:
Mom…please!

Mother:
Where is Kara?

(PAUSE)

Mother:
Thomas, I said where is Kara?

Tommy looks back with an obvious upset face and shakes his head…

Mother:
What? What is it? Where is she?

Tommy:
She’s dead ma, she’s dead.

Tommy starts to tear up, Tommy’s mother walks over to hug him but he pushes her away and quickly turns around and starts hammering harder and quicker. He grabs some more nails and slams them into place…

Tommy:
Come on you bastard! Come and get me!

CUT TO: INT.- POLICE CAR- NIGHT
We see the back of Michael’s head and he is driving down a dark highway. We hear the radio…

RADIO:
Sheriff, this is Dispatch. Do you read?

Michael looks at the Radio. He leans over and picks up the radio. He holds it to his mouth.

RADIO:
Donaldson, this is Dispatch over…

Michael grabs the radio unit and rips it out of the car and throws it out of the window.

CUT TO: EXT- HIGHWAY- NIGHT
We watch as the car keeps moving…

CUT TO: EXT- HIGHWAY- NIGHT
We see the Sheriff walking on the side of the road. A car pulls up beside him. A man stick his head out of the window…

Man:
Where ya headed, Officer?

Officer:
Just drive…
Man:
Alright…

Donaldson gets in the passengers seat and the car drives away.

CUT TO: INT.- TOMMY’S HOUSE- NIGHT
We see Freddie and Tommy still nailing boards onto the doors and windows…

CUT TO: CLOSE UP OF TOMMY

Tommy:
So, you tried to host a webcast in Michael Myers house…(chuckles)

CUT TO: CLOSE UP OF FREDDIE

Freddie:
I was just trying to give the audience what they wanted…

Tommy:
What’s that? Watching a bunch of kids get slaughtered?

Freddie:

Tommy:

CUT TO: NORMAL SHOT
Freddie runs down the stairs and into the living room…

Freddie:
Ya’ll got a phone?

Mother:
In the kitchen by the fridge…

Freddie:
Thanks…

Freddie runs into the kitchen and grabs the phone and holds it to his ear…He then slams it back on the base…

Freddie:
FUCK!

Tommy:
What?

Freddie:
The phone lines are down…

Mother:
Yea, they have been down for a while, probably some trick o’ treaters playing around with the toilet paper…

Freddie looks confused…

Freddie:
I just asked if you had a phone, which means I was trying to use it but you knew the lines were down? Uh….nevermind, just forget it…

Tommy:
There that does it…

Tommy walks back over to Freddie…

Tommy:
There’s no way in and there’s no way out…

Freddie:
Alright good…

Freddy turns to Tommy’s mother…

Freddie:
Ya’ll got some grub?

Mother:

Mother:

CUT TO: EXT.- HIGHWAY- NIGHT
We see a car is stopped in the middle of the road and flares are all around it. A man is in the front of the car with the hood popped. He is looking in and inspecting the car.

CUT TO: CLOSE UP OF MAN LOOKING IN CAR
We see the man looking in…

Man:
What the hell is the problem?

We hear a car pull up and stop. We then hear a door open then shut…

Man:
Hey, thanks for pulling over…I think it is something with the transmission. I just had the bitch fixed yesterday…

(PAUSE)

Man:
You gonna help or what?

The man turns his head…

CUT TO: MAN’S POV
We see Michael standing there…

Man:
What the fu…

CUT TO: NORMAL SHOT
Michael grabs the hood and slams it down on the man’s neck severing his head…Michael then walks over the driver’s seat and the car ironically starts. He starts driving the car with the mans body still hanging from the front of the car. He drives it down a ditch and a little into the woods. He gets out of the car and walks back out of the ditch and into his car. He starts it and drives away…

CUT TO: EXT.- POLICE STATION- NIGHT
We see the car that Donaldson was picked up in drive into the entrance and to the front door…

Man:
Here you are Sheriff…

Sheriff:
Thanks for the lift…

Man:
Hey, I got a DWI record, you think you can take care of that for me?

Sheriff:
Get lost…
Man:
Right…

The man pulls away and drives out of the entrance…The sheriff walks into the police station…

Officer:
Hey Sheriff, where the hell have you been?

Donaldson:
Don’t even ask…

Officer:
Somethings up at the hospital…

Sheriff:
Why you say that?

Officer:
No one is answering…

Sheriff:
At the hospital?

Officer:
Yep…

Sheriff:
Get my keys…

The officer leans over the counter and grabs the keys, they both walk out of the police station…

CUT TO: INT.- BEDROOM- NIGHT
We see Stephen and Danny in their bed’s sleeping ever so quietly. The room is dark. The room lights up when the door is creaked open. Tommy walks in and over to Danny…

Danny:
Daddy…

Tommy:
Yea, Danny…

Danny:
Where have you been…

Tommy:
I had to go somewhere for a little bit but Im here to stay now…

Danny:
Where’s mom?

(PAUSE)

Tommy:
She’s sleeping…

Danny:
Oh…

Tommy:
Did you and Stephen take your baths?

Danny:
Yes…

Tommy:
Good…Well, get back to sleep!

Tommy gets up and starts walking over to the door…

CUT TO: CLOSE UP OF DANNY

Danny:
Daddy…

Tommy:
Yea…

CUT TO: CLOSE UP OF DANNY

The boogeyman’s back isn’t he…

Tommy looks at Danny for a few seconds then closes the door…

We see Danny snuggles up in his covers, he looks down and we pan down and see blood on his blanket from Tommy…

Danny sits up and throws the blanket off of him. He runs over to his window and looks out…
CUT TO: DANNY’S POV
We see The Shape standing in the middle of the road looking straight at us. He is still as the night and looks very scary!

Danny wipes his eyes…

The shape is now gone, the street is empty, nothing but the trees and cars are visible…

CUT TO: INT.- LIVING ROOM- NIGHT
Sara is coming down the stairs and she walking into the living room.

Sara:
Any sign of him yet?

Tommy:
Not yet…but he will come!

Sara:
What makes you so sure he isn’t already dead?

Tommy:

Sara:
Okay…

Tommy:
Shit, there he is…

Where!

Tommy points out the narrow gap in the window…

He’s coming fast! Grab the guns…

Freddie runs over and grabs a shotgun…

Through the narrow space in the boards, we see the shape walking on the sidewalk getting closer to the house. Tommy pulls the gun up to the hole and aims it at the Shape…The shape is still walking. He is in front of the house…but he keeps walking and we can see a bag in his hand. He must be a kid just trick or treating…Tommy lowers the gun.

Tommy:
Jesus…

Sara:
I think we all need to relax before we put a bullet in some kid’s head…

Tommy:
Yea…

CUT TO: INT.- POLICE CAR- NIGHT
We are looking through Michael’s Point of View. We are turning through a few streets. We see a bunch of cars and some trees. It’s your average suburban neighborhood. Everything is quiet and no one seems to be in sight…We hear Michael’s heaving breathing. Michael looks up as he turns onto a street. We see a sign that reads…CURTIS BLVD. We then look at a house. The windows are all boarded up as well as the door. Michael has found them…

Did you check the roof?

Tommy:
The roof?

Freddie:
Yea, that’s the only way outta here right? We would have seen them if they came down the stairs…

Alright, I’ll check…

CUT TO: NORMAL SHOT
Tommy walks over to the window and sees that it is open and the cool breeze if blowing the curtains back. He puts one leg out and another and is now out on the ledge of the window…He looks down to Freddie…

Tommy:
Go get Sara and Laurie and get them to a neighbors house. Then tell them to call the police.

Freddie:
Alright…

Freddie leaves and goes down the stairs and into the kitchen and out the door.

CUT TO: CLOSE UP OF FREDDIE
Freddie looks around the yard.

Freddie:
Sara!!!

(PAUSE)

Freddie:
Laurie!!!

Freddie:
What the hell?

CUT TO: SHOT OF DOOR

Suddenly the door slams shut behind him. Freddie turns around and looks at the door suspiciously…

CUT TO: CLOSE UP OF FREDDIE

Freddie:
Alright Mikey, you wanna try me again?

(pause)

Freddie:
Come on you pussy!

Freddie looks around…

CUT TO: NORMAL SHOT
Suddenly the door bursts open and Michael stands right behind Freddie…Freddie turns around very slowly and looks at Michael straight in the eye…

So you didn’t get enough last time?

Michael stares at him breathing heavy and stands motionless…

CUT TO: CLOSE UP OF FREDDIE
Freddie backs up some and puts up his fists…

Freddie:
Eat this bitch!

Freddie throws a right hook to Michael’s head and it barely phases him. Freddie looks on a little confused and throws another shot. Michael still stands there motionless, not feeling the effects of any of the attacks. Freddie steps back again and jumps in the air and tries to kick Michael but Michael grabs him in midair and throws him onto a picnic table…

CUT TO: CLOSE UP OF FREDDIE
Freddie holds his chest in pain as he rolls off the side of the table…

CUT TO: NORMAL SHOT OF MICHAEL
We see The Shape standing still and looking at the table he begins to walk over…

We see the table and we are closing in on it, we walk even closer and look over the table and see nothing but the ground…

Michael turns around and Freddie comes into picture…Freddie swings a shovel and slams it against Michaels head. Michael flys backward and over the picnic table…

CUT TO: EXT.- ROOF- NIGHT
We see Tommy pulling himself up onto the roof and looking around for Danny and Stephen…

Tommy:
Danny?!
Danny:
Daddy…

Tommy moves to Danny and Stephen who are bundled up next to the chimney.

Tommy:

Danny:
Just cold…

Tommy:
Alright, were gonna get outta here!

Danny:

The Nightmare man is back again, isn’t he…

Tommy looks at Danny…

Tommy picks up both Stephen and Danny follows him. They walk over to the ledge and look down…

We see it’s a long way down and nothing but a hard ground at the bottom…

We see Tommy look to the kids…

Alright Im gonna lower you two into the house, just grab the window and climb it…

Tommy grabs Stephen first and holds him by the hands, he lowers him down…inch by inch and the swings him into the window…

You okay Stephen?

Stephen:
Yes…

Tommy:
Alright Danny your turn…

Danny:
Okay…

Tommy grabs Danny by the hand and lowers him down inch by inch to the window.

CUT TO: CLOSE UP OF TOMMYS HAND
We see blood on Tommy’s hand and then Danny’s hand starts to slip…

CUT TO: TOMMY’S FACE
Tommy:
Oh shit…

Danny:
Daddy!

Tommy:
GRAB THE LEDGE!

Danny:

The hands slip apart and Danny falls but manages to grab onto the window ledge…

Danny tries to pull himself up but only slips his hands farther from the ledge…

Danny’s hands inch closer to the edge and the slide off…

BUT suddenly a hand reaches out and grabs Danny’s hand…

We see that Sara has Danny’s hand…

Sara pulls Danny into the room…

Sara looks up at Tommy…

Thank god you didn’t leave…

Sara:
You okay?

Tommy:
Yea…

Sara:
You coming down from there?

Tommy:
I cant go this way, I wont be able to get in, Ill have to find another way…

Okay well I’ll take the kids to another house and we’ll wait for you…

CUT TO: EXT.- BACKYARD- NIGHT
We see Freddie looking at the picnic table. He walks over and looks over it and sees that Michael isn’t there…

Freddie quickly turns around…

CUT TO: FREDDIE’S POV
We see that there is nothing there…

CUT TO: NORMAL SHOT
Freddie turns back around…

Freddie:
Where the hell?

Suddenly from under the picnic table two hands grab Freddie’s legs and flips them upward causing Freddie to fly back in the air and land on his back…The picnic table flys up as Michael stands up…Freddie gets up and runs to the shed…Michael follows him…

CUT TO: MICHAEL’S POV
We walk closer to the shed when suddenly Freddie runs out of the shed with a rifle and tries to fire it at Michael but Michael grabs the gun and pushes Freddie backward flying into the shed…

CUT TO: INT-SHED-NIGHT
Everything is complete darkness and we can’t see anything. We hear the breathing of Freddie as he scuffles around. The light comes on…

CUT TO: FREDDIE’S POV
Freddie looks over to the door and no one is there.

CUT TO: NORMAL SHOT
He bends down and grabs the rifle. He walks slowly to the door…holding the gun steady looking for The Shape. He moves closer to the door when he hears a noise behind him. He turns around…

CUT TO: FREDDIE’S POV
We don’t see anything unusual.

CUT TO: NORMAL SHOT
Freddie turns around but dosent see anything..

CUT TO: SHOT IN FRONT OF FREDDIE
We see the Shape lowering himself from the rafters of the shed and he drops to the floor…We see Freddie’s eyes widen as he spins around and fires the gun at Michael…However, Michael wasn’t there…Freddie looks on confused as he walks into the shed and Michael attacks him from the side…They scuffle around knocking over tools and other objects. Michael picks up Freddie and throws him to the back of the shed…Freddie looks over and grabs an axe. He throws it at Michael…

CUT TO: SHOT OF AXE
We see the axe flying through the air but suddenly its stopped as Michael catches it…

CUT TO: CLOSE UP OF FREDDIE
Freddie looks on shocked…

Freddie:
You cant be fucking serious…

CUT TO: NORMAL SHOT
Michael pulls back the axe and throws it at Freddie but Freddie moves out of the way and the axe slams into the wall. Freddie gets up and yells as he charges at Michael…he tries to tackle him but Michael slides to left and grabs Freddie and uses his own momentum and throws him about 10 feet out of the shed…Michael walks over to Freddie, suddenly, Tommy appears from the side of the shed and throws gasoline all of over Michael. Then he throws a lit match onto Michael as he ignites into flames…Tommy slams the door shut and locks it. He runs back and Freddie gets up as well and they run away from the shed then suddenly the shed explodes as a huge ball of fire rises from the shed…The fire lights up the sky…

CUT TO: CLOSE UP OF TOMMY
Tommy looks at Freddie

Tommy:
You alright…

Freddie:
I think so, is that fucker a crispy critter or what?

Tommy:
I hope so!

CUT TO: SHOT OF BURNING SHED
The shed is on fire when suddenly the door bursts open and Michael walks out and is engulfed in flames he walks over to the pool and falls into it…He then lays there afloat the top of the water laying motionless…

CUT TO: CLOSE UP OF TOMMY AND FREDDIE

Freddie:
Is he dead?

Tommy:
That’s not wait around to find out…

They get up and run out of the yard we follow them as they run across the street to their neighbor’s house…Tommy knocks on the door…The door opens…

Tommy:
Is Sara and the kids here?

Neighbor:
Yes, dear come on in…shes in the kitchen…

Tommy and Freddie walk into the house and into the kitchen…

CUT TO: CLOSE UP OF TOMMY
Tommy looks at Sara…

Tommy:
You alright…

Sara:
Yea…are you two?

Freddie:
Of course… you think that fool can take us? Shiiiiiit….

Tommy:
Wheres Danny and Stephen?

Sara:
Upstairs playing with these folks kids…

Tommy:
Okay…Well…did you call the police?

Sara:
I tried but the phones are down…

Tommy:

Freddie:
We’re gonna have to ride back to the station…

Tommy:
Sara…you stay here with the kids! DON’T LET THEM OUT OF YOUR SIGHT!

Tommy and Freddie walk out the door and across the street…

No…I’ll drive, I didn’t exactly have fun last time you drove…

Freddie and Tommy walk over and get in the ambulance…

Tommy looks at the ignition…

Tommy:

Tommy:
The keys!

Freddie:
Where are they?

In the kitchen…

I’m not leaving until I find her…

Freddie grabs Tommy…

Freddie:
HEY! Unless you wanna end up like her, then I suggest you find the keys and get out of here!

Tommy:
Hey Fuck you man…

Freddie:
Fuck me? Fuck you!

Suddenly the door shuts behind them…

CUT TO: SHOT OF THE DOOR
The door slams shut…

CUT TO: CLOSE UP OF TOMMY AND FREDDIE
Freddie and Tommy look at each other…

Both:
Oh Shit!

CUT TO: THEIR POV
We spin around the room looking around, trying to find Michael…

CUT TO: SHOT OF FREDDIE AND TOMMY
They look around nervously and start to walk to the door…

CUT TO: CLOSE UP OF DOOR KNOB
Tommy grabs the door knob slowly, then begins to turn it very slowly…

CUT TO: CLOSE UP OF TOMMY
We see Tommy sweating and looking on…

CUT TO: CLOSE UP OF DOOR KNOB
The door knob is now fully turned and the door begins to open slowly…

CUT TO: CLOSE UP OF DOOR
Suddenly, a knife pierces through the door catching Tommy on the side of the head…

CUT TO: NORMAL SHOT
Tommy falls to the ground. Michael steps over him and starts walking toward Freddie. Freddie looks over and grabs the shotgun that he used earlier. He aims it at Michael and pulls the trigger…nothing happens!

Freddie:
Shit…

Michael grabs Freddie by the throat and holds him high and starts to put his head closer to the spinning ceiling fan…

CUT TO: CLOSE UP OF FREDDIE
Freddie tries to lower his head to keep away from the spinning blades…

CUT TO: SHOT OF MICHAEL
Tommy smacks Michael in the back of the head with the shotgun stock. Michael stops and turns his head. Then he swiftly grabs Tommy by the neck and begins to pick him up in the air…

CUT TO: WIDE SHOT
We see a wide shot of Michael holding both Tommy and Freddie by each arm.

CUT TO: CLOSE UP OF TOMMY AND FREDDIE
They begin to rise closer to the fan as Michael lifts them. They are inches from death when Tommy sticks the shotgun into the fan blades causing it to stop.

CUT TO: CLOSE UP OF MICHAEL
Michael looks at the fan and cocks his head to the side. Then he brings it back and pulls both guys closer to his face. He looks dead into their eyes and then launches them into the leaving room…

CUT TO: NORMAL SHOT
Freddie and Tommy are laying on the floor holding their stomachs in pain as Michael walks closer to them. Tommy and Freddie start to get up…they walk over to the door and try to kick it open but to no avail. Then they run upstairs and Michael grabs Tommy’s feet and he falls on the steps…Freddie looks down from the top of the steps.

Freddie:
Come on man!

Tommy:
Hes got my foot!

Freddie:
Shit…

Freddie runs down the steps and kicks Michael in the head. Michael stumbles back and regroups. Tommy gets up and runs up the stairs…

CUT TO: MICHAEL’S POV
We walk up the steps and around the banister. We open one door and look in the room and see nothing. We open another door and see nothing. We open another door and see the window is open and the curtains are blowing. We walk closer…

CUT TO: NORMAL SHOT
Freddie comes from out the shadows and hits Michael in the back of the head with a baseball bat and he falls out the window but manages to grab onto the ledge.

CUT TO: SHOT OF FREDDIE

Freddie:
Have a nice trip…

CUT TO: NORMAL SHOT
Freddie slams the window down on Michaels hands and blood rushed out of his fingers. Michael pulls himself up and slams his head into the window breaking the glass.

CUT TO: SHOT OF FREDDIE
Freddie looks at Michael then leans over and grabs the baseball bat again hits Michael straight in the face but Michael just looks at Freddie with an evil stare. Then Freddie swings again and hits him straight in the face but again, Michael just looks at him and continues to climb in. He sticks his head in the window and has his torse and upper-body in.

CUT TO: NORMAL SHOT
Freddie swings the bat again and again and again into the back of Michael’s head. After about 10 swings, Michael lays on the ground motionless.

CUT TO: CLOSE UP OF FREDDIE
Freddie drops the bat…

Freddie:
You ain’t shit!

CUT TO: NORMAL SHOT
Michael still lays on the ground…Freddie and Tommy start to run out the door when they head a crackle of glass and turn around…

CUT TO: THEIR POV
We see Michael with his head down then he raises it and we ZOOM in close to him and see the anger in his eyes. Michael just got pissed!

CUT TO: NORMAL SHOT
The two quickly run out the room and down the stairs and Tommy stops and sees the keys laying on the floor, he picks them up. Next, they run out of the back door. They run around the side of the house…

CUT TO: SHOT OF BACKDOOR
We see Michael step out the backdoor and is walking very fast, trying to catch Freddie and Tommy.

CUT TO: SHOT OF TWO
They run over to the ambulance and Tommy puts the key in the ignition and starts the car…

CUT TO: SHOT OF MICHAEL
Michael is walking even faster and is walking towards the ambulance…
CUT TO: SHOT OF INSIDE AMBULANCE
Tommy looks back and puts the ambulance in reverse and then sticks it back into drive and starts to drive…

CUT TO: SHOT OF STREET
We see Michael standing in the middle of the road…

CUT TO: CLOSE UP OF FREDDIE

Freddie:
He stopped!

CUT TO: CLOSE UP OF TOMMY

Tommy:
What?

CUT TO: TOMMY’S POV
Tommy looks in the rear view mirror and sees Michael standing in the middle of the road. Then he turns and starts walking to the house of across the street…

Tommy:
No…he’s going after the kids and Sara!

Freddie:
Turn it around!!!

Tommy turns the wheel…

CUT TO: EXT- STREET- NIGHT
We see the Ambulance spin around and start driving toward Michael…Michael walks up the steps to the porch…

CUT TO: INSIDE AMBULANCE
Freddie and Tommy look on…

Freddie:
Yo Michael!

CUT TO: SHOT OF MICHAEL
Michael turns around and looks at them…

CUT TO: SHOT OF FREDDIE
Freddie sticks up the middle finger…

CUT TO: CLOSE UP OF MICHAEL
Michael looks at Freddie then just turns around and starts to turn the doorknob.

CUT TO: SHOT INSIDE HOUSE
The lady walks over to the door…

Lady:
What took you so long Tommy…

The door opens and Michael is standing there.

CUT TO: SHOT OF WOMAN
Her eyes widen…

CUT TO: NORMAL SHOT
Michael grabs the lady’s head and slams it through the television set…

CUT TO: SHOT OF MAN ON COUCH
The husband of the lady that just got killed stands up…

Husband:
Martha!

He looks up at Michael and tries to walk away with his cane. But Michael grabs his cane and the man falls to his knees. He looks up at Michael…

Man:
Please no…

Michael looks at him and then proceeds to swing the cane violently and hits the man in the head and he falls lifelessly on his face as we follow him to the floor…

CUT TO: SHOT OF DOORWAY
Tommy and Freddie walk in and look at the carnage…

Tommy:
Christ!

Freddie:
I had enough of this shit!

CUT TO: SHOT OF FREDDIE
Freddie bends over and gets a fire poker from the fireplace…

Freddie:
Come get me motherfucker!

CUT TO: SHOT OF MICHAEL
Michael looks at Freddie then walks over…

CUT TO: NORMAL SHOT
Freddie tries to swing the poker at Michael but Michael grabs it and pushes him back. Freddie flips backwards and gets up and tries to jump kick Michael…but Michael lunges the fire poker into Freddie’s stomach. Michael then lefts up Freddie high into the air, impaling Freddie on the fire poker. Michael throws the fire poker and Freddie backward into the fire as Freddie lies there burning helplessly…

CUT TO: SHOT OF TOMMY
Tommy looks on horrified…

Tommy:
NO!!!

CUT TO: NORMAL SHOT
Tommy tries to walk and help Freddie but Michael grabs him by the back of the head and starts to move his head toward the fire.

CUT TO: CLOSE UP OF TOMMY
Tommy struggles to pull his head back but Michael pushes it closer…Tommy grabs the fire poker from Freddie’s body and slams it into the top of Michael’s head.

CUT TO: CLOSE UP OF MICHAEL
Michael stumbles back with the poker sticking out the top of his head. He tries to pull it out…

CUT TO: NORMAL SHOT
Tommy grabs another fire poker from the fire place and runs forward and sticks it straight into Michael’s chest…Michael grabs the poker and falls backward…Tommy runs up the stairs and sees Sara sitting on the floor holding Danny and Stephen…

Tommy:
Let’s go!

Sara:
Is he dead?

Tommy:
I doubt it! Come on get the kids and lets go…

Tommy grabs the Danny and picks him up, while Sara picks up Stephen and they carry them down the stairs…

CUT TO: SHOT OF FLOOR
Michael is not there again…nothing is keeping him down…

Tommy, Sara and the kids run down the stairs and see that Michael is gone…

Tommy:
Shit…

Sara:
What? Where’s Laurie?

Tommy:
LAURIE!

CUT TO: EXT. – ROAD – NIGHT
We see Laurie struggling down the road, trying to keep herself from falling. She is still in her hospital gown and looks to be hurt. She continues limping down the road…

CUT TO: SHOT OF MICHAEL
We see Michael right behind her walking in the road in front of the dark blue skies, the image is frightening.

CUT TO: SHOT OF LAURIE
Laurie stands up and turns around we zoom in on her eyes and see the anger.

Laurie:
End it Michael…You’ve done enough!

CUT TO: CLOSE UP OF MICHAEL
Michael turns his head to side and looks at Laurie…

CUT TO: SHOT OF LAURIE
Laurie looks at Michael straight in the eye…

Laurie:
Finish it Michael…free yourself!

CUT TO: SHOT OF MICHAEL
Michael looks at her then he slowly raises the fire poker high into the air.

CUT TO: CLOSE UP OF FIREPOKER
We see the poker high in the air with Michael’s tight grip it comes down fast but a hand stops it and a punch is given to Michael.

CUT TO: SHOT OF MAN
We see that John Strode, Laurie’s son just punched Michael…he stands there looking at Michael.

John:
Don’t touch my mother…

CUT TO: SHOT OF LAURIE
Laurie looks at his son then she looks back at Michael…

Laurie:
No!!!

CUT TO: SHOT OF MICHAEL
Michael lunges at John with the fire poker but Laurie jumps in the way and Michael stabs Laurie right through the back!!!

CUT TO: SHOT OF LAURIE
Laurie’s eyes widen as she grabs the fire poker lodges in her back!!!

John:
MOM!!!

Laurie: (softly)
Thank you…Michael…

CUT TO: NORMAL SHOT
Michael grabs Laurie and pushes the knife in farther into her. Michael drops Laurie’s lifeless body to the ground. Then Michael swings for John but John moves out of the way.

CUT TO: CLOSE UP OF JOHN

John:
You bastard!

CUT TO: NORMAL SHOT
Michael grabs John and picks him up high in the air by his throat. Then suddenly a loud gunshot his heard and Michael drops John. Then he turns around and see’s Tommy there holding a shotgun. Tommy looks at Michael with his eyes wide open and tries to fire another shot but cant pull the trigger. Then he tries to hit Michael in the head with it, Michael just shakes it off then blocks another attempt and swings the gun and rocks Tommy right in the head and Tommy falls to the ground. John then jumps on the back of John but Michael flips him over his head. Then Tommy jumps on the back of Michael and Michael struggles to flip him over. John picks up the shotgun and aims it at Michael and fires but Michael flips Tommy over in front of him and the slug opens a huge whole in the back of Tommy and Tommy falls dead to the ground covered in blood. Michael straightens up and starts to walk toward John. Then all of a sudden we hear a voice…

SHERIFF:
GET DOWN!!!

CUT TO: SHOT OF JOHN
John quickly falls to the ground…

CUT TO: SHOT OF MICHAEL
Michael looks on at the squad of police with their guns raised. Suddenly a fire poker bursts through the front of Michael.

CUT TO: SIDE SHOT
We see that Laurie lunged herself into Michael and pulled him into her causing the fire poker to penetrate through both of them.

Laurie:
Come with me, Michael…

Laurie:
DO IT!

CUT TO: SHOT OF SQUAD
The police squad open fire and starts blasting shots into Michael.

John:
NO!!!!

CUT TO: SIDE SHOT
We see Laurie holding onto Michael while she is impaled with him and blood and gunshots are spraying out of her back as they go through Michael.

CUT TO: SHOT OF SQUAD
The squad continues firing hundreds of gunshots into Michael and Laurie.

CUT TO: SHOT OF MICHAEL
Michael’s mask has now become full of blood and blood is shooting out his chest and body as the bullets spin through his skin. Michael then falls to his knees and Laurie holds onto him. They both then fall to the ground still with the poker lodges into them.

Everything is still now, the sounds of gunshots have now ceased.

CUT TO: CLOSE UP OF MICHAEL
Michael’s bloody body lays still on the ground…

CUT TO: SHOT OF LAURIE
Laurie’s bloody body also lays on the ground…

CUT TO: SHOT OF JOHN
John walks over to Laurie and Michael. He leans down to touch his mother…

CUT TO: JOHN’S POV
We see his hand getting closer to Laurie and he reaches for her hand when SUDDENLY a hand grabs John…

Sheriff:
Don’t touch her son…

John looks back at the sheriff, then he gets back up.

CUT TO: SHOT OF SARA
We see Sara walking over with Stephen in her arms and Danny walking beside them. Sara walks over to Michael and sees him laying on the ground.

Sheriff:
It’s over now…you can go home.

Sara:
Is he dead?

Sheriff?
Yes…

Sara:
Are you sure?

Sheriff:
No one could survive that, no one!

Sara:
What are you going to do with him?

Sheriff:
Incinerate him…

Sara:
I’d like to see…

Sheriff:
Guests are not allowed…

Sara:
Sheriff…please! I need to see it!

Sheriff looks at Sara and sighs…

Sheriff:
Alright, but just you!

Sara:
Thank you…

CUT TO: INT. – MORGUE – NIGHT
We see a group of Doctor’s and other people as well as Sara and the Sheriff all surrounding Michael who lays on a table.

Doctor:
I’m glad this piece of shit is finally dead!

Doctor:
It’s a shame what he has done!

Sara:
Why are you burning him?

Donaldson:
I don’t want this worthless son of a bitch to even have a funeral. He should burn in hell.

CUT TO: CLOSE UP OF MICHAEL
We see Michael’s body covered by a white sheet. Then SUDDENLY his hand drops and Sara screams...

CUT TO: NORMAL SHOT

Doctor:
It’s alright! It’s just the nerves settling. Its perfectly normal…

Donaldson:
You gonna be alright?

Sara:
Yes! I’m fine, lets just get this over with!

CLOSE UP OF HAND:
We see his hand dangling from the table, but something isn’t right about it?

The doctors pick up the metal sheet with Michael lying on top. They put it on the edge of the crematory. The doctor moves over to the heating knob and adjusts it. We see the fire light up in the back. The doctor then slides the tray into the fire. They then shut the door. We hear a scream!!!!????

Donaldson:
Was that a scream?

Doctor:
Can’t be…

The doctor walks over to open the window to see inside…

CUT TO: DOCTOR’S POV
We see a man’s burned face jump up to the window but its not Michael!

Doctor:
Its not him…

Donaldson:
What?

Doctor:
That’s not him!

Donaldson:
Then where the hell is he?

SUDDENLY the lights shut off…

Donaldson:
What the hell’s going on?

Donaldson walks out of the room with his flashlight and walks down the hall some then he stops and looks at a double door with a giant thorn symbol drawn on the door in blood…

CUT TO: SHOT OF DONALDSON
Donaldson looks at the symbol in awe…

CUT TO: SHOT OF DOOR
We see the symbol again…

CUT TO: SHOT OF DONALDSON
Donaldson looks down the hallway and sees a figure walking down the hallway…

Donaldson:
Hey doc, you better take a look at this…

CUT TO: SHOT OF FIGURE
The figure keeps moving toward the Sheriff

Donaldson:
Doc?

Donaldson pulls his gun out of his holster…

Sara:
No don’t shoot!

Sara steps from out of the shadows…

Donaldson:
Sara? Where the hell are the doctor’s?

Sara:
I don’t know, I thought they were with you?

Donaldson:
Christ…

Sara:
Did you find Michael?

Donaldson:
No…

Sara:
He could be anywhere!

(PAUSE)

SUDDENLY, the doctor’s mangled body flies through the doors and through the glass right in front of them.

Donaldson:
I think we found him…

They run down the hallway and back into the morgue area.

CUT TO: MICHAEL’S POV
We walk down the dark lit corridor, it is darkly lit and we can hear Michael’s heavy breathing. Michael turns at the door and slowly opens it up. We walk in and look around, the room is totally empty.

CUT TO: NORMAL SHOT OF MICHAEL
We see Michael looking around and we hear the door to the crematory open. Michael turns and looks but nothing is there, the door is wide open. And the flames are ablaze. Michael walks over to the door and looks in. Then from behind Donaldson rams into Michael pushing him into the crematory. Then he shuts the door on him. Michael is now trapped in flames, burning…

CUT TO: SHOT OF DONALDSON
Donaldson falls to the ground…

Donaldson:
Thank god that’s over!

Sara:
Will that door hold him?

Donaldson:
That looks like solid steel, nothing can break through that, not even that son of a bitch!

Sara:
Okay…

CUT TO: SHOT OF SARA
Sara walks slowly over to the crematory door and looks at it. She slowly opens the crematory window…

CUT TO: SARA’S POV
We look around see nothing but flames everywhere…

CUT TO: SIDE SHOT
We see Sara looking in the window…

Donaldson:
Sara, its over…

Sara looks at Donaldson for a second…

Sara:
I don’t see him?

Donaldson:
He’s in there…
Sara turns back to look at the crematory…

SUDDENLY, the window shatters and Michael’s hand grabs Sara…

Alright I have a few suggestions: Freddie gets out of the fire and at the final scence he comes and beats Mikey up, The reason I say that is becuase if he grabed Sara that would be the end of her and Stephen and Danny would be the only survivors and that would be stupid. So keep Freddie to live and everything will be alight.
