HALLOWEEN (1978)
1.) Judith Myers - Michael snuck up behind his sister while she was at her bedroom mirror. When she turned around, he stabbed her several times with a large knife.
2.) Phelps Garage Motorist - The body of a motorist was found in the bushes. He was obviously stabbed by Michael in route to Haddonfield.
3.) Annie Brackett - Annie was strangled by Michael while sitting in the front seat of the car in the garage.
4.) Bob Simms - Michael strangled Bob, lifting him off the ground against the wall and then stabbing him with a large knife, leaving his impaled body hanging from the wall.
5.) Lynda Van Der Klok - Michael strangled Lynda with the phone cord.
HALLOWEEN II (1981)
6.) Alice - Michael snuck into her house, surprised Alice and stabbed her with a large knife.
7.) Mr. Garrett - Mr. Garrett was struck in the head with the clawed end of a hammer by Michael.
8.) Budd - Michael snuck up from behind and strangled Budd with a rope or cord.
9.) Karen Bailey - Karen was drowned in a bath of boiling water by Michael.
10.) Dr. Frederick Mixter - Dr. Mixter's body was found with a hyperdermic needle in his eye.
11.) Janet Marshall - Grabbing her from behind, Michael drove a hyperdermic needle into Janet's temple, killing her immediately.
12.) Mrs. Alves - Mrs. Alves body was found with a needle draining blood from her arm.
13.) Jill Franco - Michael stabbed Jill in the back and lifted her up in the air.

15.) Smith's Grove Doctor - Michael bashes his head against the wall, and then hammers his thumb into his skull.
16, 17 & 18.) Smith's Grove Ambulance Staff - While they are not seen killed on screen, it is assumed that all three Smith's Grove Ambulance staff were killed by Michael.
19.) Gas Station Attendant - Michael impaled the gas station attendant with a metal pole.
20.) Diner Waitress - The body of a diner waitress was found by Dr. Loomis.
21.) Bucky - Bucky was thrown into an electrical transformer, shutting down electricity to the town.
22.) Deputy Pierce - The body of Deputy Pierce was found in the police station, missing a hand.
23.) Deputy Logan - Deputy Logan's body was found in the darkness of the living room.
24.) Kelly Meeker - Michael drove a shotgun through Kelly's stomach and a door; leaving her body hanging there.
25.) Brady - Michael picked Brady up with both hands and broke his neck.
26.) Vigilante Member - Michael stabbed him in the back and then threw him off of the moving truck.
27.) Big Al - Big Al was stabbed in the stomach by Michael and then thrown from the moving truck.

HALLOWEEN 5: THE REVENGE OF MICHAEL MYERS (1989)
30.) Hermit - Michael killed the hermit that nursed him back to health by stabbing him several times.
31.) Rachel Carruthers - Rachel was stabbed by Michael with a pair of scissors. Her bloody body was later found in the attic.
32.) Mikey - Michael embedded a garden claw in Mikey's face.
33.) Spitz - While having sex with Samantha, Spitz was stabbed through the mid-section with a pitchfork.
34.) Samantha Thomas - Michael killed Samantha with a sickle.
35 & 36.) The Deputies - The bodies of two Deputies are discovered in the police car.
37.) Tina Williams - Tina was stabbed in the chest with a large knife by Michael when she tried to save Jamie.
38.) Eddie - Michael punched Eddie through the window of his car and then bashed his head.
39.) Deputy Charlie Bloch - Michael tied a rope ladder around Deputy Bloch's neck and hung him out of the window.
40 & 41.) Masterson Clinic Victims - While there were most likely more people killed at the Masterson Clinic by Michael, only two bodies were seen or mentioned.

42.) Nurse - After helping Jamie escape, Michael grabbed the Nurse, lifted her up, and drove her skull into a spike on the wall.
43.) Drunk Man - As Jamie began to steal a drunk man's truck, Michael grabbed the man's head and twisted it around until it popped off.
44.) Jamie Lloyd - Jamie was thrown by Michael onto some farm equipment, driving spikes through her stomach.
45.) Debra Strode - Michael killed Debra Strode with an axe.
46.) John Strode - John Strode was stabbed by Michael in the stomach and then driven into an electrical circuit box. He was electrocuted until his head exploded.
47.) Barry Simms - While sitting in his car, Barry Simms was stabbed with a knife by Michael.
48.) Tim Strode - Michael grabbed Tim Strode and slit his throat while he was looking in the bathroom mirror.
49.) Beth - Beth was stabbed in the back with a knife repeatedly by Michael.
50.) Lunatic - A mental patient approached Tommy Doyle and revealed that Michael Myers had stabbed her in the stomach before she fell over dead.
51, 52, 53 & 54.) Doctors & Nurses - Michael killed several doctors and nurses in an operating room with a Machette. It was unclear exactly how many, but at least four distinct people are seen getting killed.
55.) Doctor - Michael bashed the last fleeing doctor's head into a barred door until it broke open.

56.) Jimmy Howell - Michael left the body of Jimmy with a ice skate in his face.
57.) Tony Allegre - When Marion Whittington opened a door, the body of Tony fell onto her. It is unclear how he was killed, but it is definitely the work of Michael Myers.

59.) Charles Deveraux - Charlie's body was found with a corkscrew shoved in his throat.
