The Departed movie question

Just watched this for the first time last night and I have one question. When Billy shows up to the shrinks complex with the envelope. She's about to tell him something but he tells her what ever your going to say tell me in a few weeks. Was wondering if anyone knew what she was going to say. I'm guessing it's one of two things that it's either his baby she is going to have or she was going to tell him that she loved him.

I think the implication of the whole last act of the film is that it's Leo's baby, and I think it makes the most sense that that's what she was going to say. I don't know that Leo knows, but perhaps he suspects this, and either way I feel like the reason he doesn't want to hear what she is going to say is because he knows he is still at great risk of getting thrown in prison or killed.
