While I agree with the majority of your opinions that Rosie is annoying, she does deserve some credit. She has made many childrens lives better and some adults as well. And in all fairness, according to an interview in Ladies Home Journal (Hey, it is my wife's), she says that Selleck was aware that they would talk about gun control. She said that she went about it the wrong way.

i dont understand why everybody hates Rosie! she may be annoying but she is a good person. i Saw her show once and she was talking to this fat girl and she was crying and Rosie was encouraging her and comforting her. She did that with some other Kids too. Just because she is annoying doesnt give any right to call her a female dog!

Some people are merely pointing out that she is a hypocrite... She sat on tv and public stated that she was against guns,even went so far as to publicly humiliate someone else because they feel they have a right to own one, then has her bodyguard go file for a permit for one, so she is able to protect her own, but because she is a star, that makes it ok for her. So, there may be good things that she does, but to what extent is she doing them to further her career for the cause at the time. Secretly going around, out of the public eye, and going back on what she preached to the public, because she wants her home and her child protected, just because she is famous, doesn't mean she has better rights than we do. People are entitled to there opinion here,just like you are entitled to your. Just because they do not like someone doesn't mean they need to be ashamed of themselves. Rosie needs to be ashamed of herself...Just because she is a star, doesn't mean that she has different rights from the rest of us. But because she is a star she needs to have the courage of her convictions, or face the public when they find out she screwed them.
