searching for the tourist

Around 1980 a script was written by Clair Noto for Universal called "The Tourist." It's a science-fiction/horror project about a large collection of aliens stranded on earth; some have integrated into society and walk among us, most have not. Sean Daniels, a studio executive at the time, was involved with the project, as well as a producer named Renee Missell and a director named Brian Gibson. H. R. Giger did some conceptual work for the aliens.

For various reason this project never got off the ground, but I've heard the script is floating around out there somewhere. So far, I haven't seen hide nor hair of it. Has anyone out there? Any information you could give me would be much appreciated.
