John Cleese- great comedian, rubbish actor!

I think John Cleese is a comedy genius but I also think he is a crappy actor!
I've seen the latest Bond movie 'The World is not Enough' and nearly vomited when I discovered how poor is 'serious' acting skills are.
He was great in all of the Monty Python films and 'A Fish Called Wanda' but why did he have to mess it up big time!!!

Yep. John Cleese is great on Fawlty Towers etc. but TWINE didn't exactly cut it. I hope he doesn't have to replace Q in the upcoming Bond flick.

i feel that the man is far too over rated and is rubbish at almost everything he does. the only thing he ever did that was any good was fawlty towers and that was mediocore at best. monty python was funny but years of abuse from Students quoting it all the time has made me think of it as a load of rubbish:-)
