Anyone heard of Okracoke?

Has anyone heard of a movie called Okracoke thats supposed to be beginning production soon. It stars from what Ive heard Kevin Costner as a British Naval Officer who hunts Blackbeard the pirate down and kills him. Any information would be helpful.

I can tell you that Ocracoke is an area of the North Carolina coast where Blackbeard plundered. You'd think they would call the film something more along the lines of "Blackbeard" or "Costner's Big Budget Pirate Flick" /ubb/smile.gif
