Cast Away & Unbreakable

I went and saw Xmen (pretty good by the way) yesterday and saw two trailers that look very cool. Cast Away with Tom Hanks and Unbreakable with Bruce Willis & Samuel L. Jackson. I think one comes out in November and the other in December. Has anyone else seen the trailers or as excited as I am for when they release?

Seen both trailers. Both look very interesting. Unbreakable (directed by 6th Sense director Night Shamayalanyannyan) looks to play off a little mutant hype (though not called a mututation in the film). Bruce plays a character with the special power of being "unbreakable" (he can't get hurt).

Cast Away looks even better, though I am curious about how Tom Hanks alone on an island will be compelling for 2+ hours.

I predict both films will be up for multiple Oscars. Maybe Sam Jackson will finally take home the little golden boy.

Hey CSMOOSE, I like your spelling of M. Night but I don't think he directed sixth sense, he wrote it but didn't direct it.

Yep. He also got paid $10 million to write and direct Unbreakable. I wonder what Spielberg is paid these days?

Unbreakable - Lets remember that 'Wide Awake' sucked and 'the Sixth Sense' rocked so I only expect great things from this film. I really think that it will be up for some Oscars. But when we watch the film let's forget about 'The Sixt Sense'.

Castaway - Ok, some of this looks interesting but then again HOW THE HELL are we supposed to be entertained by one guy on an island! It's crazy, but it will be up for multiple oscars sadly.

I Know nuthin' about Castaway, but Unbreakable looks pretty good. It looks kinda creepy. The creepiest thing about it is Bruce Willis's shiny ass head!
