I cannot wait for Tomb Raider. I haven't played the game very much, but of course I am excited of it's female lead: ANGELINA JOLIE! Who is, in my opinion the best actress on the screen. She describes this movie as a female Indiana Jones/James Bond. She also says that she is making this movie for fun. She recently did "Girl Interrupted" where she won an Oscar (thank God, she was damn near excellent... loved it) and she was wrapped up in such a complex charcater for a long time, she says now its time for fun. I cannot wait until a trailor or something comes from this, I expect it to be awesome.

I think TombRaider will be like, one of those summer box office smashes, but it won't be really good in critics eyes. i kinda like Angelina, but I didn't like Gone In 60 seconds. I've beaten all the tombraider games, so maybe when I see it, I'll see some of the places I went to in the game.

I have completed TR 1 and 2 but stopped at 3 as i thought it was awful. The film will be strange though in the games she hardly talks apart from the odd Ugh and Ahhh and it would be out of her loner character to have her working in a team or with a parter, lots of action but no dialogue? Not gonna be a great film.
Also how strong is Angie she needs to carry a small arsenal in a tiny rucksck and jump around. I couldn`t move with all that stuff never mind jump. And what about the animal rights angle she shoots damn near everything endangered animals ( including dinosaurs ) the WWF will not be pleased.

I myself am a little down with the choice of Angie over Elizabeth Hurley as Lara Croft. Elizabeth looks like Lara (except for the boobs) and she has the british accent. Damn.

I still wish the movie was in CGI. The voice of Lara from TR 2 and 3 said she would be happy for the voice-overs. To be honest, I absolutely LOVE Tomb Raider games, but I'm a little skeptical about this film. I just hope it goes well.
